The complimentary bread was excellent. And the filet mignon with a fully loaded baked potato was even better. I really appreciate how friendly and helpful all of the workers were. I felt valued.

Drinks took over 20 minutes to get to us and were wrong the first time. Meal was just okay, vegetables were seemingly just steam-fresh veggies from the microwave. Price tag was astronomical when compared to what you get. Yikes!

Food and ambience are always great. I had the salmon, but had to tell them to cook it to my desire. Overall great experience as usual.

Maybe I'm jaded and not as impressed by their high-end dining experience, but things were not perfect. And for the prices Ruth's Chris charges, it needs to be perfect. The water bottle on our table was dirty (thankfully the dirt was on the OUTSIDE of the bottle), when we sat down, there were crumbs on the booth seat. The 'special appetizer' of 2 crab cakes and a few small bits of lobster ($44) was uninspired, lukewarm to cold and not especially tasty. The bread was too moist...almost wet on one side and warm and properly crusty on the other...c'mon, if you can't get the bread right... My girlfriend's steak was a bit overdone (she wanted med rare)...but otherwise the other food and wine was fine. Finally, while we were seated in a comfortable booth (in close proximity to the end of the bar), we had to look at piles and piles of dirty classes at the end of the bar....for the entire two-hour meal. The dirty pile of glasses was finally removed, when we finished our dessert. These are clearly First World problems...but as noted, for the price, I expect better. I don't know that we need to visit again. There are better options available to spend $260+ on dinner for two.

Our steaks were not cooked to the appropriate temperature. By the time my husband finished his meal is when my steak came back. I was halfway done with my meal when my son’s steak came back. It was not a good experience for our first time. When paying these prices I would expect our steaks to be prepared accordingly to temperature.

Ruth's Chris never disappoints! My wife and I stopped in at Ruth's Chris in Chesterfield for lunch on 6/26/25 and were thrilled yet again. The food was predictably excellent and the service was simply amazing. We were made to feel like we were the most important people in the entire restaurant. We'll be back again and again!

Food was great as usual. Wait staff wasn't at the level of a restaurant of this level. Appetizers, bread, side plates, etc. on the table well after they were finished. It wasn't until after dessert that the table was beginning to be pre-bussed. Food was excellent, service was like a lower end diner which is unfortunate when you spend $900 on dinner.
