Our first time and it wasn’t the best. Overcharge and the server didn’t know the menu. Brought us two shrimps instead of four. Never checked on us and made us feel forgotten while checking in multiple times on customers across from us. Food wasn’t cooked well although we intended to make the best out of our first fine dining experience. A anniversary ruined.

reservation was not honored sent to a booth in the bar area as if we didn't matter, if I wanted to sit in the bar area I would have requested it

Something has changed the last year or so with the staff/management. Steaks are still delicious. The sides were mediocre and they can’t make a good dirty martini anymore. They used to have the best! Maybe it was being downstairs and not upstairs but the experience was better a few years ago.

We were there for a wine dinner. One of the courses was not as good as the others (all but that one were excellent!!!). The service was great except that it took a long time to get our bill so we could pay. Overall, it was a great experience.

The server who made sure to tell us she had 19yrs of service , forgot my ice several times. My steak was very over cooked and I sent it back. I waited a very long time and they finally bring it and now it’s very undercooked. I told them not to bring it back and my husband and I shared . They did compensate with free dessert and a gift card but the food is not that great. I can’t understand the hype. That was our one and done and I’ll be giving the gift card away - I will say the staff was very nice -
