   Awesome food. My husband had the stuffed chicken, my son had the 16 oz steak, and I had the salmon. Out sides were spinach and asparagus. Everything was delicious. Our server was wonderful, without being obtrusive, and the evening was enjoyed by us all. Thank you!

   This experience at Ruth Chris was a first. The food, as usual, was excellent! But after that is where we were really surprised. First off, we were seated next to a small pole of trash on the floor. The trash appeared to be a broken plate and spoon just laying on the floor, as multiple employees walked by it repeatedly. At the end of our meal, our waiter boxed up the remainder to take with us, but left it at the table top behind ours. Basically at the next table and left it there. We weren't sure it was ours, but since there were no other bags nearby, we took. This overall experience was really surprising. We've been to this location several times, and it's always spotless, so seeing trash on the floor with employees ignoring it really took away from the meal and experience. Hopefully this was an anomaly and not what this restaurant has become.

   Disappointed on Mother’s Day – Not the Experience We Expected We chose Ruth’s Chris for Mother’s Day, expecting a premium, memorable experience. Unfortunately, the service and atmosphere didn’t measure up. Despite requesting to be seated upstairs, we were placed in a crowded side room filled with large parties (8 to 20 people). The noise level was so high that our server didn’t hear my wife’s order for the bisque. It didn’t arrive until we reminded him, after my salad had already been served. Cocktails were slow to arrive. After we finished them, we waited another eight minutes before flagging down a different server just to open and pour our wine. That server explained he was stepping in because our original waiter was overwhelmed by a large table elsewhere. When I asked if they were short-staffed, he said, “No, this is just how we run.” After a nearby party of 20 left, the female manager focused on resetting the room for the next day rather than attending to current guests. Even after multiple moments of eye contact, our water glasses remained empty for over seven minutes. The food was good, as expected, but the lack of attention, delays, and poor service coordination did not reflect the premium price point or the significance of the occasion.

   First off, I flew in from out of town to celebrate Mother’s Day, so I was super excited to finally try Ruth’s Chris. I’d heard so much about it and thought it would be the perfect way to celebrate. Well, let me say—this was my first and definitely my last visit.Everything seemed fine until we actually sat down. That’s when things started to go left. The table was dirty—crumbs everywhere. I mentioned it to the waiter, and instead of properly cleaning it, he casually brushed the crumbs off and said, “Well, maybe it was the pepper when the busboy moved it.” Excuse me, what? That made no sense, and it was a red flag. Then I went to the bathroom to freshen up and wash my hands—basic hygiene, right? The soap dispenser was completely empty, with only a drop left. I went to the bar to let someone know. The guy at the bar said he’d get someone, so I waited. After 3 minutes of standing in the bathroom, still nothing. I go back out—this time a woman at the bar tells me I can come behind the bar and wash my hands there. Huh? Absolutely not. Then she says the manager is getting more soap. So I waited again.Another 3 minutes go by, and I still can’t wash my hands. I ask again and now no one seems sure what’s going on. Finally, the manager shows up and tells me, “They’re out of soap and didn’t realize that and sent someone to the store. Then he says I can wash my hands in the kitchen. I didn’t want to, but what choice did I have? I just used the ladies’ room! So I went back to the kitchen area and almost slipped and broke my neck because the floor was slippery and wet back there. At this point, 15 minutes had gone by just for me to wash my hands. Completely unacceptable. Between the dirty table, the lack of basic hygiene products, and the dangerous kitchen floor, I can confidently say: I will never return to Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse! I will stick with STK Steakhouse for now own.

   Showed up early and still waited past our reservation time. Made a reservation for the second floor. No room on the second floor. We sit down for Mother’s Day brunch. The place is filthy. We have to request someone clean the floor before we can sit. There are five items on the brunch menu. Three of them require biscuits which we are told are no longer available. No one seems to care about anything including the manager who was appalled that we didn’t want to sit in filth. Don’t waste your money at this pathetic excuse for a restaurant. I would suggest capital grill. Better steak. Better service and it’s clean.

   Quality of service and food has gone down considerably in the past few years. Won't be coming back.

   Always great food. Likely won't be back for a while though. Ordered one of the appetizer specials (waygu beef) not to be told it was 3-4 times the price of the typical appetizer price. It was NOT worth 119.00 dollars and feel the waiter could have let us know. I will certainly ask if we go back. This has not been our previous experience here. Nothing special for birthday dinner but a surprisingly high charge on our bill! Lesson learned...
