   Food was okay. Service was very good. Ambiance warm and inviting. Before 6pm easy to get seated right away. Was able to have a conversation without yelling across the table with enough activity and noise to make our conversation more private.

   We reserved a table online and we were seated immediately when we walked in. Our waitress was attentive and polite. The food was all cooked perfectly and the blueberry bella drink was delicious!!

   We regularly eat at the Rusty Bucket. We were meeting friends and there were six of us. We made reservations through Open Table. We requested a favorite server on the reservation. When we arrived they were ready for us and let us know our requested server was not working but that our assigned server, Ava, would take good care of us. Ava was outstanding! Some of us had special requests like no bun, omit blue cheese, extra dressing, etc. All orders were correct and Ava checked back with to make sure we were having a great experience. Our food was great.

    The Salmon salad was delicious! 2 in our party also had the magi tacos which they loved. I was happy to see they offer 2 different sizes for wine, and a nice variety. We sat on the patio which was so pleasant. We’ll definitely go back!

    The prices have gone up a lot since the last time we were there. For the amount of money I paid for my dinner, the portion should have been larger. Will not go out of my way to return just because of the prices.

    The food was excellent in every way, although it took over 30 minutes to get to our table, even though the restaurant was not crowded. The server disappeared from the dining room for extended periods of time.

    The Buffalo chicken sandwich was amazing as well as the Philly Cheese steak sandwich. Our server was attentive and on, especially since they were short staffed! We will definitely return.

    Staff was nice, restaurant was clean. Food was just ok. Really kind of greasy, and was not a fan of the coating they used to fry the food. ( we ate pickles, chicken tenders and even the chicken Parmesan was fried chicken. Pizza was good, but dripped when you ate it.

    My daughter and I split the nachos appetizer and a side of street corn. The cheese on the nachos was not real, as advertised—it was like the liquid stuff at a ball park or movie theater. The corn had very little flavor. My husband and son-in-law each ordered sandwiches. They both said theirs were pretty good. My husband and I ordered two alcoholic drinks—the first was VERY good, the second was fair. The floors felt like they either hadn’t been cleaned in a long time—my feet were literally sliding like there was a greasy layer on the floor. Not pleasant.

    The noise level was a little annoying. Not because of the music, servers or other employees. There were two adult female groups who evidently forgot that there were others in the restaurant! They were loud. Not sure what could have been done however, they were also paying customers.

    Our visit to RB was great! The service was very good. I loved the menu. The manager was outstanding! I contacted him regarding an Open Table issue that I was having with Open Table. He was very pleasant, understanding, helpful, and generous. He is a great manager. Congratulations to RB for the entire experience!

    Hadn’t been there in a long time, but it seems like the menu changed but there is something for everyone. Good selection of draft beers. Our food was very good and my wife made the comment that everything she saw come out of kitchen looked good.

    Was fine. The Queso dip Was served and it wasn’t hit. Had to send it back. The shrimp were hard and dry. Glad the taco salad was back. Need to keep it on the menu.

    We love the food at Rusty Bucket... but Friday's service was not good at first! We were seated at a high top and we then began to watch waitress go by us with out even speaking or making eye contact. We were patient because our daughters were in the same business and we know people get busy. We continued to wait until it had been close to 15 to 20 minutes and I got up and went to the hostess and asked to be moved to a table where we might get waited on. They allowed us to move and then we were treated great by our server. It was uncalled for that the waitress wouldn't even speak to us and ask for our drinks or at least say I am sorry I will be with you. She went on both sides of us several times and not once even look at us or made eye contact. My wife and I were very disappointed.

    Very happy with our experience there. It’s the best one in Cincinnati. Our Server was good but he should have started the order with the moms at the table( since it was Mother's Day) but it was very good!

    Mothers Day/Birthday meal We had a total of 5 in our party and every single meal ordered was delicious. The brussel sprouts, chicken fingers, mushroom pizza, chicken Parmesan, tacos and fried pickles were all EXCELLENT. This was our first time visiting the Rusty Bucket and we will be back. 😋

    This is our second visit in recent months where our food did not arrive hot. After waiting 25 minutes to get it, we just ate it. The server was friendly but never appeared after we got our food, until she asked if we wanted dessert. Also the prices are not a good value for what you get.

    Server was excellent very attentive but not hovering. Food was good. Husband’s Reuben was great but, my burger was piled so full of sauce that everything slid all over and I had to eat it with a knife and fork instead of picking it up and taking a bite. That was the only downside of a very nice meal otherwise.
