   First timers, food wasn’t too bad. Wings and deep fried pickles were great, Rueben excellent as well as the fish n chips. Taco salad was not even close to a taco salad and the server just ‘sucked’. Saw her a total of 3 times . Once to get drinks, take order and bring check..we had to flag her down for drink refills. She brought one and the rest of us went thirsty! Not sure if we’ll give it a second try. I would’ve expected this if it was busy being Mother’s Day. But place was half empty , so that’s no excuse.

   Our waiter was terrible. You could tell she was hating life. Our drinks were literally missing ice. Whenever she took our order she didn’t take notes and would look around at other tables. She acted annoyed. She would constantly disappear and we would have to get up and find her. It’s took 15-25 minutes to get refills. Food was great.

   Was at the table for 25 minutes never received any service or drink order. Servers walked by without acknowledging us. The restaurant was not that busy, now I know why, we left as well. Would not recommend.

   Food was perfectly prepared - and tasted great. Our server - Maggie - was superb - lots of refills and kept in touch with us to make sure we were enjoying our meal. Amazing service!

    I’m never disappointed with a meal at Rusty Bucket! Had one of my favorites, a Duo with great onion soup in a crock and the double nickel salad. Sometimes I will get the Trio which adds a half Turkey club sandwich to eat the next day. Service was very good.

    Our party of 13 was taken so well care of. From the moment we entered the restaurant until we left, service was outstanding and our meals were flavorful and delicious. Being a former server, I notice things most won’t. No one had to ask for a refill. That’s epic with a party of our size! Great experience. We will return!

    Love to visit Rusty Bucket for their diverse menu. Unfortunately, their menu has changed drastically and they now only offer bar food. They took a lot of their healthier options off.

    Restrooms were clean and well stocked. Dining room was clean. Parking lot was clean and clear of debris. Greeted promptly and sat promptly upon arrival. Greeted promptly by server and drink order taken. Drink arrived in timely manner. Although I was waiting on another guest (2 top) and the restaurant was fairly empty, I had to flag down the server to order an appetizer. Guest arrived and it took some time to place our food order. Restaurant was half full. Very friendly server appeared rushed but not busy. Food was very good and came in a timely fashion after ordering. Check was dropped off and payment processed in a timely manner.

    We enjoyed our food but we sat in front of a window and we got cold. Had to put our coats over our shoulders. The waitress was very attentive but we ended up paying for someone else’s juicy Lucy burger. Would definitely return for another meal but will check our bill more carefully.

    The service was fantastic. We ordered fried pickles. It was lefty of pickles but skin of pickles was harder than normal. But it came out hot and it was delicious. I ordered Brussels sprouts. I usually order this appetizer and it is always outstanding. It was soggy and not as crispy as usual. It was really busy and it may impacted quality control. I will try again

    We are regular customers of the Rusty Bucket because the food and service is usually very good. However, last night the chicken finger club I ordered was under whelming. The chicken was just barely warm and the bacon was missing with the exception of one very small piece about an inch long. There was no mayo on the sandwich which made it taste dry. Also, the French fries were just barely warm. Disappointing. The service was good though but the quality of the food seems to be slipping a bit.
