   An absolutely fantastic experience. Alex our server was lovely and attentive, Sophia the chef was so accommodating with a food intolerance of mine. The food was just terrific. I totally recommend this restaurant.

   By far some of the best Italian food I have had. We have been several times and look forward to each time. Excellent value, excellent service excellent food!

   What a wonderful surprise. Had never visited before Love the exposed brick and stone walls Pasta was Al dente and the sauces were very well prepared And the deserts were great Not to be missed. We’ll be back soon

   absolutely wonderful experience at Russo!! wildly affordable for the best quality food and service in worcester. The atmosphere was cozy and quaint and the music was delightful. Our Server was outstanding and allowed us as much time as we wanted in between courses. she carefully boxed up our leftovers to go and even threw in some free bread in the bag. I cannot wait until our next visit to Russo.

   This was our first visit, and we will definitely be back. The interior of the dining area is stunning, creating a great ambiance. We were greeted and seated promptly upon arrival, which was a nice touch. Surprisingly, the restaurant wasn’t very busy, especially considering its prime location and ample parking. The menu is just the right size, offering something for everyone. Although we didn’t order any appetizers since we weren't too hungry, the ones we saw being served looked fantastic. The dinner portions were perfectly sized, and the food was absolutely delicious—especially the homemade pasta, which was cooked to perfection. The drinks were pretty standard, similar to what you'd find at other restaurants these days. The only downside was the service. It wasn’t quite up to par, and I suspect our server might have been new. They didn’t read the specials and missed several small details throughout the night, which gradually added up. However, I'm confident they'll improve with time, so this wouldn’t deter us from returning. I’m genuinely surprised this place isn’t busier—it’s a hidden gem that you need to try out!

   We love Russo’s and brought another couple. No disappointment except the AC was not on or not working. Terribly hot in the main dining room which led to a less than great experience.

    Great find for Italian food in Worcester. It was our first time and it won't be our last. Their red sauce is great! Had Chicken Parm and it was perfect! Plenty of left overs. Wine was good too. We'll be back!
