   Loved the food but they need to do some upkeep to the outside area - landscaping - first impressions go a long way

   Still not sure what they want to be. Hostess was in short shorts and a neon green T-shirt. Wait staff was much more formal. The beer brewed onsite is not up to standard. The double IPA tasted like a sweet red. Go for the food—not the beer.

   There were six of us and everyone commented about the very good tasting food. The service was perfect. I like the way they seat customers a table apart when it is not too busy. Sometimes I have been with one of my clients and another restaurant which was not busy would seat the customers next to each other. This is more like a lunch room than a special place to take a friend, family, or clients. Thanks to the Russell house, we have had many fine dinners and lunches.

   Our server Kaylee was excellent. The rest of the staff were friendly and helpful. It was clean and the decor warm and welcoming. We live in Washington state but visit often as we have family near so we will return.

   Delicious Food, we had great Onion Rings, wonderful house made Bratwurst and French Dip Sandwiches for lunch. The music was annoying, a bit loud and more geared for a 50's diner. Overall we enjoyed the meal and the restaurant.

   This was our first trip to Russel House. We had read the reviews and heard from friends that had visited The reviews were accurate. The service was friendly and the food was good. Menu was good with lots of choices and was very reasonable. Biggest issue was it was incredibly slow!! We sat down at 730 and did not have our dinner on our table until 920. We will go back but will plan better to account for the speed of service

   We enjoyed our first experience at the Russell House. Our waitress was busy and we had to asked for tea refills but short of that, we had a great experience.

   We came to your restaurant on Friday, April 26th at 4 pm. I had the shrimp and while it was very good i thought the orange sauce was lacking, no orange flavor and rather bland. My husband got the ribeye and he was very pleased. Our waitress was very nice but we were very hungry and even though there was only one other table it took quite a while to get our salads.
