Great service!! Our table was large and “L” our server was fantastic!! Great appetizers for all to share !! Can’t wait to come back!
Fried chicken sliders are wonderful! Service was exceptional-
This is another southern restaurant in a sea of southern restaurants. Not terrible, but nothing really stood out from the crowd. While the chicken was OK, the side dishes were a disappointment. Other than beer and wine, the drink options are limited to cans. Service was good.
GREAT PLACE! The food was amazing the staff was very nice. The mac n cheese is a MUST!
Service was good & Food was tasty but no quality drinks. Pre made out of a can was disappointing.
Great food for family and friends
Used to be called Paul Paul and has the same owner. The fried chicken was excellent as was the macaroni and cheese. Cesar the wedge salad was also very good. The other people had the shrimp and roasted chicken and they also said it was good
Get the fried pickles!!!
Great server. Food was wonderful
Nice place. Taste is subjective, but the chicken was bland to me. Definitely needed salt. The quality of the chicken was outstanding. Nice and crunchy too. Wouldn't order the cole slaw again. Corn bread was pretty good, nothing to rush out and get though. Fries were better than average. Wedge was better than average. Really empty, doubt you'd ever need a reservation, so good to go if everywhere else is booked.
Great food! The pork chops were very delicious and large! I recommend!
Give this new place a try, you'll be happy!
It was our first time, we went for Restaurant Week. We will be back! The service was outstanding and the food very good! Their logo says Chicken and Cocktails. However the pork chop was excellent. The chicken was delicious too!
Ordered their "Pork Chops" off the Restaurant Week menu. Came with a single thin chop heavily coated and deep fried. There was no mention of the meal being deep fried nor it being a single chop. I asked to speak to the manager who agreed to take it off the bill. Service was impeccable.
Our server Elle did very well - thank you
Food tasted like a chain. Not good. Service was whatever. Wasn’t that cute inside. Just a blah dinner for being so expensive
Food was good, but a little pricey across all fronts. Crab toast @ $17.00 is over the top.
Great food very loud guest
Great food, terrible service despite only having a few tables. THET HAVE NO COFFEE AT ALL. This is comfort/hangover food, they serve brunch and NO COFEE of any kind. Absolutely ridiculous.
The Wood-fired oysters were exquisite and the deviled eggs were a real treat and my entree of salmon and broccolini was superb!
I really wanted to like this place but the chicken just was not good and that’s their main menu item. It was over breaded it was hard to actually find the meat. The deviled eggs were good. We definitely won’t be returning.
Had corn bread and chicken dumplings. Cornbread was a little over done, but that’s more a preference thing then a failure. The chicken and dumplings was so salty it was inedible. The couple bites I had made my stomach hurt for hours. My wife had the same thing and same problem. When asked how it was shortly after it was delivered I commented on the saltiness of the meal, she commented they had a new cook. But looking back over the other comments I see other comments about saltiness. So disappointing. 30 years in the military and I feel I can eat just about anything, probed me wrong!
Food was just ok. Way overpriced for lunch. Wife had a salad with chicken and I had the shrimp, it was ok, 6 or so shrimp and 2 pieces of toasted bread, not really filling. Bill with normal tip - $50. Not worth it. Hope things change.
Crack potato’s we’re not good! Everything else is amazing.
Music much too loud. Could not sample wine before ordering a half bottle. Waitress did not know available desserts No coffee available
Food, atmosphere, and service were amazing!
Wonderful food and service! The location is fabulous and easy to find.
We arrived 15 min early for our reservation and were seated by the kitchen door on the back side of the bar. Not happy about that when the main dining area was not full. Music was too loud in the bar area and couldn’t hear the hostess. Food was on the verge of being too salty, very rich. Too much acid in the shrimp dish. Whatever crumble was on top of the oysters was too much and overpowered the flavor of the oysters. Service was good and fast. The food was ok but won’t be going back.
Excellent service by Eric. We ordered several things to share for our meal. We ordered the garlic roasted half chicken, Mac and cheese and roasted cauliflower that had an Asian inspired sauce that was so good!!!! The Mac and cheese was the best my daughter and I had ever had and we never knew roasted cauliflower could be so good! The chicken was extremely juicy it was the perfect meal!
Fantastic service for our bachelorette! Gave amazing recommendations and everyone loved their meals
We tried out this restaurant last night and it didn’t meet our hopes. The chicken and dumplings were VERY salty, to the point where one of my friends could barely eat hers. My other friend got the fried chicken and said it was very poorly seasoned. The drinks were good, the cornbread was good but the overall food experience left much to be desired.
Good quality preparation but with minimal side dishes. My group was hoping for more vegetables and starches to complement the base entree.
First, the restaurant is very nice and all the wait staff were friendly.
They are newly opened and have a limited menu. I ordered the New Orleans style barbecue shrimp, they were just okay. The sauce looks more like a dark broth than a butter sauce. My husband had roasted chicken which was very good. Deviled eggs were very good as appetizers but the crack potatoes were kind of bland. Overall, it was a good experience but there probably won’t be a second visit.
