The new Ruby Lee’s on Wild Horse!
The new Ruby Lee’s offers more of what patrons of Hilton Head Island have come to love and expect in the past: delicious southern cooking and a comfortable yet stimulating atmosphere that offers the perfect way to enjoy sports or outstanding blues, jazz and soul from local and regional artists. If you’re not familiar with Ruby Lee’s, it’s a locally owned restaurant, started by Tim Singleton (known to Low-country residents as an athlete and head coach). The restaurant is named for Singleton’s late grandmother who is the inspiration for the Southern-style menu. The new and revamped version of the original; yet it still captures the Southern feel-good themes that have an uncanny way of making you hungry for fried chicken, shrimp and grits, corn bread, and sweet tea the moment you walk in the door. If, for some reason, you’re not quite ready to eat after walking in the door of Ruby Lee’s, you’ll notice a pang of hunger once you look at the menu.

Great restaurant...We have been coming to Hilton Head for 7 years and had never heard of this restaurant. This year my sister-in-law joined our group of 25 and informed us about it. Please come and enjoy the wonderful band and singing. It was the hi-lite of our trip. See you next year.

Great evening for our group of eight! Food was fabulous - the fried chicken is nothing short of excellent! Our server, Paula, was wonderful being very attentive, personable, and downright friendly. Drinks were well made and Tim runs the bar perfectly. The saxophone entertainment was also top notch. Cannot recommend Ruby’s more if you want a great night of food and fun in a casual environment!

I was visiting HHI for a birthday vacation and Ruby Lee's was a recommendation from a friend. The entire experience was delightful! Great space, great food, great music, and great service!

This is our first time on the Island as well as our first time dining at Ruby Lee’s. Everything was amazing, the food, wait staff and band. I do not have enough words to describe our experience but this place is exceptional. We cannot wait to return.

This place was so nice and the highlight of my birthday/ anniversary weekend. The food was good, the entertainment was good, the ambiance was amazing and every one was so nice and friendly. I will be telling everyone about it.

If you're going for the music, it starts at 8:00 p.m. My group reservation was at 5:30, but Miss Patty, our waitress was plenty entertaining. We had a great time and the shrimp and grits still lives up to its reputation, DELICIOUS!

The food is wonderful but the atmosphere is out of this world. They have great music every night. Service is amazing. Love the owner. He’s right in there with the staff making sure everyone has what they need! Love this place❤️
