   From the moment we got seated, everything was incredible. Hats off to our sever, the manager and Chef Tiffany!!!

   Overall disappointing. Not fine dinning, no attention to detail. Food was generally good, but gluten free pasta was overcooked. They don't clean the table after removing plates and failed to take time to speak with us about the menu. Literally in and out like they were busy, but were not.

   My food (steak) was delicious. However, others in my party had their steaks too overcooked. A few members in our party had very spicy food, despite being told the meal was mild. Our waiter did great, the food was slightly disappointing. Not the restaurant’s fault, but we had a fire alarm go off in the middle of the meal which was extremely loud and disturbing.

   A perfect evening from beginning to end. Warm and friendly service, lovely ambiance, and outstanding food. We started with the focaccia and whipped ricotta. Dear lord, how does one make bread that is so light, it practically floats off the plate? We shared the artichoke appetizer and a Caesar salad, both were great. I always order the carbonara when we go there, and it was amazing, but the hubs got the lobster ravioli and wow, it was epic. Of course cappuccino and their Italian donuts for dessert. Def in our top five fave restaurants in Las Vegas!

   The vibe is upbeat and the restaurant is beautiful. The waiters are very nice. However, the pasta was very salty. We had the lobster ravioli, and the carbonara.

   Our experience RPM was nothing short of outstanding! A lot of the credit goes to our server, Justin. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and clearly was excited to be there. His enthusiasm and energy made us want to keep talking to him and hearing more about what he seems to love! He made a great recommendation to both of us for dinner. Couldn’t have been happier with our selections! I asked about the whiskey selection and he went to grab me a menu of spirits. I was then greeted by their beverage director, Max. Max made an incredible recommendation for a Missouri bourbon (Ben Holladay Soft Red Wheat). He explained it thoroughly and hit the nail on the head. The ambience and environment was energetic and fun. We had a great time and will no doubt be back!

    We took out of area folks with us to our go to restaurant. The service was impeccable, the bar staff had amazing mocktails. The food was amazing, just amazing. The carrot cake was outstanding! The hostess was friendly and laughing, great personality, the young lady that seated us was caring, and very friendly. I can’t say enough about the staff. The only drawback and it was a serious one IMHO, was the music playing at 80db all night, and then people are trying to be heard, and most are yelling, so that they can be heard. This is seriously an issue, I urge management to lower it to background music, music should not be a focal point. WE LOVE RPM
