   Please encourage your chefs to use the thermometer or else learn how to cook a roast steak. I hate really hate wasting food, but I simply cannot take a medium or medium well when a rare is ordered. Also, I would love love love love some new options for dessert- how about some crème brûlée?

   Quiet atmosphere. Has a wonderful dinner (Delmonica Steak and asparagus) so much flavor. Wait staff was great.

   Food was terrible and service was worse if you can imagine that. Bottle of wine didn’t show up until after our meal came (after eating over an hour). Pork chop was flavorless and dry. Mashed potatoes also flavorless and no gravy or any accompanying sauce. Sever did not enter two orders of fried raviolis, but glad he didn’t because those were terrible too. Do not recommend this “steakhouse”.

   Missed the mark tonight. We frequently dine at Roxy’s and have never had a disappointing meal. Unfortunately the restaurant was busy tonight and understaffed. Ordered cocktails and entrees at 6:15pm; took 20 minutes before cocktails arrived and entrees arrived lukewarm almost an hour after we ordered. Service was as good as usual in the front of the house but there was obviously a disconnect in the kitchen.

   Salmon was overcooked, brussel sprouts tasted odd. Other food was good though, and our server Chad was great.

   I ordered the medallions and they were dry and overcooked and the salad that came with it was a joke, the lettuce was wilted. Worst food I ever had.

   Totally over priced. The scallops were 75.00 for 5 of them.Our bill came to $900.00. The Prime was over cooked. The Caesar’s salads were bag salad and store bought dressing. The only enjoyable items were the bread and Calamari. We will not return.
