However, my apologies that you didn't appreciate that we allow pets. As we are a pet-friendly hotel, we do allow pets in Rotunda, but only on the outer level of the restaurant, not the inner part where the piano is. I always enjoy breakfast at the Rotunda. I have noticed though that the service can be a bit slow these days and the waiters don’t seem to coordinate with each other. After someone took my order, another waiter came also to take my order. Not a big deal but a bit surprising for a 5 star hotel.

New Year’s eve party was absolutely fabulous ! well organised , exceptional food and entertainment . I cannot recommend this event any more highly than to say it was first class and actually good value for money .
