Little disappointed that there was a change to our favourite menu entree. Chicken brochettes now how broccoli in place of the nice stick with veg. & pineapple grilled.

This location despite being bookable on OpenTable does not take OpenTable Reservations anymore. You only find out when you arrive for your reservation.

Turns out they didn't have a patio, so no service during COVID. They shouldn't have been listed. Not sure if that is the restaurant's fault or Open Table's, but all in all, it made for a terrible experience. 2 little kids, Friday evening when all alternatives were fully booked or had a one-hour waitlist, and we had to turn back. Never booking via Open Table ever again, that's for sure.

Delicious food brought to a quiet booth graciously by a friendly server. The fries, chicken pies, cole slaw and quarter-chicken breast meat dinner were all perfect. Used to the St. Hubert on Avenue Road in Toronto (now no longer in business), my guests requested St. Hubert which they preferred over Swiss Chalet (the sauce, for one, is better). It was a quiet Monday evening, and there was plenty of room for more guests, but I booked online in advance so as not to be disappointed. The greeter at the store entrance was nice, and asked if we preferred a booth or a table, a choice I had not anticipated but was glad it was available. Stay in business in Ottawa!!!

Le panneau d’éclairage devrait être allumé puisque l’accès aux stationnement n’est pas très évident à partir de la rue.

We had a reservation for 5.30 pm on a Friday night this restaurant is usually booked up solid on weekend evenings and this evening was no exception but when we arrived our table was available right away it was set and water glasses were filled and ready for us along with menus yahoo ! Our server was very nice and prompt with everything throughout our time there I even asked for a little candle to celebrate a birthday of one of the people at the table and he remembered and provided us with that very request very impressed and Kudos to our server and Open Table for their great service !!

Based on past visits I would recommend this restaurant but not on our last visit. We were squeezed in a small table in a corner next to a table of people who insisted on talking so loud that we could barely have a conversation. Very unusual but it took over 45 minutes to get our meal. Very disappointed!!!
