Rosine's Restaurant turns traditional American comfort food into an art form. This local family-owned and operated casual dining restaurant has been open for 43+ years. The Culcasi family, owners of Rosine's, have received a bit of national fame as it has appeared on Guy Fieri's show "Diners, Drive-ins and Dives". Rosine's offers indoor and outdoor (pet friendly) dining serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and weekend brunch, beer wine and signature craft cocktails. Breakfast offers include Eggs Benedicts, Omelets and a variety of other breakfast specialities. As for lunch and dinner, there is a mix of American and Italian dishes.     Very popular restaurant for good reason. Friendly staff, delicious hot fresh food and if you have any room left for dessert there are amazing giant portions of cake, pies and cookies.

    Food was terrific as well as the cocktails except it took a while for the drinks to be served. Service was also good. Only complaint would be that it was extremely noisy.

    We have been coming here for over 25 years… it seems the quality is slowly declining, not like it used to be… I was excited by some new items added to the menu, but quickly disappointed.. don’t order the mushroom ravioli if you are a mushroom lover like myself… no mushrooms , unless they were grounded up in the little bit of cheese mixture inside the water logged raviolis, topped with a insanely way crazy too much slivered almonds… it was really unappetizing, & just gross you should call it almond raviolis and the ‘sauce’ butter or wanna be butter, I had problems all night and that wasn’t eating the entire meal maybe a 1/4…. Couldn’t complain because we were celebrating a birthday so noooo But c’mon Rosines you can & should do better!

    I am in town for a conference and came here for dinner with my husband and daughter. The food and service were wonderful! We ordered the chicken scallopini, pork chops, and chicken tenders. Everything was wonderful, the food was piping hot and the chicken was so tender.

    The Ruben sandwich was tough and chewy with little flavor, the grilled bread was on the greasy side. The Pasta Pomodora was under seasoned with olive oil floating on the top amid clumps of Parmesan cheese. The crispy chicken sandwich was dry. This is not a restaurant we will be returning to, in spite of their appearance on Diners, Drive-ins and Dives!! Don’t waste your money…

    Amazing service, I believe his name was Hector. Extremely attentive and delicious food! I loved how fast the kids food came out since our baby was starving. Definitely recommend!! The red velvet cake was very delicious as well!! 10/10 :)

    Excellent service from our waiter. Hector (we think that’s his name. He had an Italian accent) was personable, knowledgeable, efficient and went out of his way to show us the desserts. He had a nice smile and was patient with us. The food was great. My daughter loved her pasta dish and finished it all. Calamari starter and minestrone soup: excellent! Large dessert portion that we could not finish and had yo bring home

    Always consistent high quality & generous portions. Outstanding service. Extremely reasonable pricing, & family run. You can always count on getting an excellent meal at Rosines—-and the deserts—-you have to see to believe!!!! Our favorite place to eat on the whole peninsula.

    My chicken parmigiana was extremely dry. Her NY steak sandwich was pretty good. Waitress apologized they were out of Sauvignon Blanc wine. Unfortunately, she had ordered Pinot Grigio. The greeter/seater was bubbly, and graciously changed our table to a booth. The waitress, unfortunately, answered my questions/food choices with “awesome” three times and “perfect” twice—-her shrill voice lacking only my expected gum popping. But it was crowded early on a Thursday so who am I to say.

    The food was good, not great. The staff were very friendly. Noise level very high, with several screaming very young children. Good family place. Not good for this retired senior looking for a nice quiet meal.

    The service employees was in a rush , my drink was horrible the food was semi-warm but my god the bats, flys it was a horrible experience and i don’t think the Birthday girl had fun and for the amount of money paid the food should be better but also i should not have to fight with nats and flys for my food

    In Monterrey for the weekend and decided to visit Rosine’s. Wait staff was friendly and attentive. Ambience was just ok as the restaurant was VERY bright and somewhat lacking. Food and drink was just OK. Not sure how one manages to screw up a baked potato but they did! It was hard as a rock. The highlight of the night was the tiny fly infestation at our table which made it difficult to enjoy our experience.

    The portions are large and the quality is excellent. We had pasta and lamb shanks. Excellent! The pumpkin spice espresso martini was also a great way to start the meal. Worst part: we were so full, we didn't get to have dessert, cakes and pies looked large and delicious! The service was stellar. Everything came out efficiently, quickly, and hot. We will be back and can't wait!

    I ate at Rosine's with my son, daughter-in-law and 2 granddaughters on a Sunday morning. We had reservations so we were taken to our table quickly. The food was excellent, and was delivered to our table in a timely fashion! The waiter was personable and was particularly considerate of the 2 children. He was there when we needed him, but he didn't bother us or interrupt our conversation. We could not have asked for better service or food.

    My second time eating here while visiting for the jazz festival. Food, service and ambiance are wonderful. In fact we couldn't eat all of our food, refrigerated it, and ate it for breakfast the next day. I highly recommend it, I seriously doubt a anyone would be disappointed. Oh, and you get your food pretty quickly. Try the apple cider mimosa, it's delicious.

    Great experience. Food is phenomenal. Chicken Parmesan was the best I’ve had. Cake portions are HUGE. Just a warning, we ordered 2 slices for 2 people and it could have fed 8 people. Not a bad thing, just an observation. Highly recommend Rosine’s!
