オハイオ州ハドソンにある歴史的な旋盤工場の1階を利用したRosewood Grillは、カジュアルで居心地の良いモダンなフルサービスのレストランです。賑やかなバー、個室、半個室、周辺でも屈指のパティオがあります。 人気のアラカルト料理（最高級のステーキ、新鮮な魚介類、様々なフラットブレッド/前菜）やプライムリブ（週末）のほか、日替わり料理も用意しています。 様々な味と値段のワイン、定番カクテル、バーテンダーが作る最新の創作カクテルを楽しめます。受賞歴があるサースティ・ドッグ醸造所（オハイオ州アクロン）で作られた生のブランドビール、ローズウッド・レッドを用意しています。 ハッピーアワーの時間帯は、月曜～金曜の03:00～06:00、金曜の09:00～11:00、日曜の03:00～09:00です。 お客様が自宅にいるような気分になれるよう、スタッフがあらゆるニーズやリクエストにお応えします。Rosewood Grillは単なるレストランではなく、経験の場です。

    Rosewood Grill is always a nice Hudson experience. This time we were glad for the comfort of Sunday dinner after a concert. We had a chicken recipe and a nice walleye. I had ice cream. Maybe that was too much, but that's not Rosewood Grill's fault.

    We had a wonderful time, with our friends. I had the gnocchi, Brussels sprouts and bread. We also had the steak and lobster fettuccine. Our waiter Josh was awesome!

    We were most impressed with the food. Everyone in our party loved it so much. Service was excellent, not just attentive, but offering suggestions and even advising a dish which the server recommended against which is quite unusual.
