   The menu has a wide variety of food. Portions are large. Food tasted great!! It’s my new favorite spot! It is not easy to find. Maps did not direct us correctly. Best to park on the northeast side of the building by the big silver dragon.

   For a steakhouse it’s not even officially open. They are doing an outstanding job. Food choices were really good.

   Had a reservation at 7:15, was not seated for 20 min. By 8:15 we still did not have drinks. Our cooked appetizers came out well before the drinks - we ordered basic martinis. Manager was very apologetic and said they would “take care of us” - but they didn’t. The appetizers were great. Then we ordered an $85 steak and couldn’t eat it - it was so tough with tendons. We brought it home for our dog. Our second round of drinks arrived after we’d already finished our mains. Was really excited about this place, but overall we were EXTREMELY disappointed.

   The service was horrible. Took over an hour to get food. Even getting water refills you had to ask for. I know they are new, but got a long way to go to survive.

   Unfortunately we experienced a bad night for this new Southlake restaurant. Service slow because they sat like 20 tables at 7 pm. From 7 pm took until 8:45 pm to get our meal. We saw 3 other tables get up and leave while we waited. Steaks came out rare when requested medium. Replacements came out same. Entire crew scrambling and trying but clearly they do not have their mojo going yet. No bueno. Best summary of experience.

   Horrible service. Multiple tables walked out due to slow service. We had to go to the bar to get our own drinks. Managers were indifferent when we wanted to close out and leave before our dinner arrived. They also have the tables so close together it made it awkward for the customers and servers. One and done.

   In the highly competitive Steak Restaurant space, this would be my last choice in Southlake / Grapevine. The steak itself was excellent, the apps, sides were not. Wait staff was green and didn’t know the menu, no management on the floor. Too much for $$$$ for the value.

   Glad this Chicago area restaurant is here. Great addition to local dining scene. Consistent with reputation previously experienced. Thanks to great service from Tamara and attention from owner Angelo.

    Our first experience was amazing! Nina was friendly, professional, so easy to talk with. She took great care of us. Wilson was extremely attentive, professional and chill for his first day. They made a Tuesday night seem like a special occasion. My husband enjoyed taking with Anthony about wine and was impressed by his knowledge. Our steaks and sides were perfect and tiramisu was delicious. We cannot wait to share this beautiful restaurant with our friends . Definitely make a reservation!
