We had a book signing event going on concurrently, and that kept the servers hopping, but they did a nice job tag-teaming us, and assured that we had everything we needed. Menu is, in a word, eclectic. Picked this restaurant because we occasionally enjoy dinner as a 'grazing' event with multiple small dishes, and the Passenger delivers on that with a variety of interesting small portions.

Always love going to this restaurant and introducing new people to the place. Taking my friend out for her birthday was a delight.

The Passenger Restaurant was disorganized from the beginning to end of our evening. Menus were not clean and difficult to navigate. Hostess and waitress were nice but inexperienced. No reasoner for us to return .

Food was amazing!! Team was a bit overwhelmed with holiday and short staffed. We recommend closing sections in similar situations but must reiterate food was outstanding!!!!!!

Food and service were very good but we were the only people in one side of the restaurant which made it feel too quiet on a Saturday night. Tapas menu very interesting and fun

Our server Ivan (?) was great. But this huge restaurant had only one other party besides ours which always makes me nervous about the turnover of food. The IPA menu was not up to date, but Ivan handled the situation well. A mocktail I ordered was excellent with pomegranate and rosemary. The staff was clearly needing/wanting to close up 45 minutes before closing time which was understandable but made for a sense of needing to finish up and get out. Worry it is not long for it to stay in business

Thr food for mother’s day brunch buffet here was absolutely incredible. Prime rib, omelettes, fruit, cakes, and amazing pancakes. The service… not so much. I left a note in our reservation that it was for 5 plus one high chair (kids under 3 ate free so I didn’t want to pay for his reservation along with the rest). When we got there we discovered they have no high chairs (!!) and it took almost half an hout for them to find an extra chair for my husband… and only after that did we get to order our drinks (the waitress forgot to ask my husband what he wanted here too) and our lattes came out cold when they finally came. I’m not usually one to leave a bad review but at 9 months pregnant with a toddler in tow it made for an extra challenge on mother’s day.
