   I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!! Gluten free fried chicken and gluten free biscuits!!! Amazing sides - those carrots!!!! We go as a family and order a whole fried chicken, ok we order two fried chickens so we can have fried chicken left overs. We each order two sides and split them (leftovers there too)!! Cocktails are always good and creative. Deviled eggs are SO GOOD! DO NOT PASS THOSE OVER! Service is always great!! Thanks so much for the Gluten free biscuits! It made my week!

   Great food and amazing staff! Server (Chad/Chase) was amazing and super friendly and attentive. We had an awesome ladies dinner. Easy parking at the time we came. Clean environment! Manager was also super friendly.

   Overall food was great with flavor, our waiter Wilson was pleasant and attentive. Only down side is food took over an hour from the moment we ordered and received at the table. If not for that would definitely be 5 stars.

   The food came out cold and twice we had to ask for coffee that never came. We had to ask the host to call our server who is difficult to locate. We don’t like to leave negative reviews but frankly, this is the second time my family has a bad experience at the restaurant. To be fair, they tried to comp us a dessert, and one of the orders, but we passed on the desert because we just really wanted to leave.

   Once seated it took about 10-15 minutes for someone to acknowledge us. That’s was a bit frustrating but once we had our waiter the rest of the service was good. The food definitely lived up to the reviews. The food was seasoned well. The red snapper was So delicious. The decor and ambiance are very beautiful and gives a fresh feel. Overall we had a good experience and definitely will return in the future.

   We’ve been to this restaurant several times and I’m not sure if they changed the menu or what. We started with the fried green tomatoes BLT. They use the tomato jam to adhere the fried tomatoes to the plate. There were so many competing flavors (and salt) that it wasn’t good. The strawberry waffles are four mini waffles with a few fresh strawberries on top and whipped cream. Not worth the $16. The shrimp and grits is another dish with way too many competing flavors (and salt). A side of grits is the same grits that go into the shrimp and “stone ground” grits. The grits have pimento cheese, sweet corn, and extra salt on top. They make the shrimp separately, it comes with andouille sausage (already pre salted) and with beer jus. You know they salt that also. What they fail to tell you about the chicken and waffles is; the chicken is bone in, one piece is white meat and the other piece is a wing. WHO uses a fried chicken wing for chicken and waffles? When asked, they said the only boneless chicken they have is chicken thighs. All the waffles are buckwheat. Don’t like buckwheat?, find something else. The service was great, the drinks and coffee were good. Expect a heavy dose of salt, as everything appears to be salted separately, (despite some of the ingredients being pre-salted) and then combined. The flavors compete with each other, instead of complementing. It appears they are really trying to cut corners and use the least expensive ingredients as possible. Their prices do not reflect this. We had a table of 8 and it was $400. Basically $50 per person.
