   Loved our dinner at Rooster. The pimento cheese starter was a great opener. It was served with smoked bread (delicious). We had the tomato bisque which was just the right balance of savory and creamy, followed by shrimp and grits with bacon. The Creme brûlée for desert was the perfect conclusion. BTW, our server Jackie, provided first rate service as well. We will definitely be back.

   Immediately upon sitting down, we were warmly welcomed by our waiter Brian who introduced himself, let us know he was there to answer questions, and finished the greeting with “We’re going to have a good time tonight”. He was amazing, and the food was absolutely terrific. I had the bbq chicken, and our table shared the Mac and cheese, and market mushrooms sides. All dishes were outstanding and Brian made sure the timing of arrival of each was perfect!

   We attend the furniture twice a year, and we always look forward to eating at Roosters. The food is excellent, the service is fantastic.

   We came to celebrate our anniversary. We had a reservation and arrived on time. We were seated and immediately placed our order, then waited 50 minutes for our food. When our food arrived, it was cold. Such a disappointing experience, especially for a celebration.

   Food was awesome. Took them 20-30 minutes before waiter acknowledged our table. Not servers fault. Managers fault on assigning tables.

   Scallops were not warm and had a very weak sear. Couscous tasted like nail polish remover; pear flavor is VERY artificial tasting. Hangar steak cooked pretty well but sauce had artificial flavor. Best part of the dinner was the beets. It was the only warm thing presented. Over priced.

   The service and the food was amazing. The restaurant was very clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The food was hot and tasted great. The drinks from the bar was delicious. I will definitely be returning soon and I recommend you try them.
