Rooster's A Noble Grille
Knowing that simple food is harder to execute given there is nowhere to hide the flaws, we go to great lengths to source quality ingredients from local farmers and purveyors. We then take all the time necessary to develop their flavors —using both European and modern techniques—always working from scratch.
Our menu features tried and true staples like our spit-roasted chicken cooked over open fire as well as progressive daily specials and elevated bar bites featuring Executive Chef John Bobby’s latest experiments inspired by the seasons and regional ingredients.
At Rooster’s, you’ll always find something new served with an honest commitment and consistently warm care.
We used to enjoy Nobles downtown High Point & came to Roosters to celebrate Valentine’s Day. We arrived early & our table was ready, so our visit was great from the start! Our waiter was excellent, knowledgeable, & efficient. The food was great as well! Thanks for a wonderful date night!
Never disappointed when we go here. Amber was attentive and the food was delicious as always. Our favorite place in W-S!
Food and service were very good. A little loud inside and it seemed like we were sat at a makeshift table with folding chairs but overall a very nice experience.
Wonderful food and service
My family loves dining at Rooster’s A Noble Grille. It's like an open-invitation to your family's home. The food is amazing as well as the ambiance. You can't go wrong having lunch and dinner here.
Awesome! Very good food
Chicken salad sandwich was lacking chicken salad. The sandwich needs to have plenty not a small amount.
The Flounder and crab cakes we had were exceptional. And our waitress was terrific.
We had a lovely dinner. The out of the way room was a little odd, but we appreciate being seated with a late reservation. It was a busy night. Food and service was wonderful.
Consistently excellent food.
Good food, quality libations and good atmosphere. Service was professional and timely.
Noble's has always been a staple for our family. Consistently good. Servers are friendly. I would like to see some more innovation in food come to Winston as a whole. But I always enjoy Noble's! The duck is to die for.
The restaurant was starting to get busy when we arrived. The food came out at a nice pace and was wonderfully prepared. The server knew a good amount about wine pairings and his delivery and attention to detail were perfect.
This is a wonderful place for a special occasion and our visit was fantastic. The service was outstanding the food was perfectly prepared and was served quickly with no excessive wait. The multiple servers that served our table were pleasant and prompt.
We will definitely return.
WE HAD A GREAT DINNER HERE AND WE LOVE THE ATMOSPHERE! THE FOOD IS NATURAL AND EARTHY AND THE CHEF MADE A GREAT SIDE WITH APPLES.
LEAH WAS OUR WAITRESS AND SHE MADE IT ENJOYABLE AS WELL! WISH THEY HAD MORE GLUTEN FREE OPTIONS!
Great environment and love the menu. Very accommodating to help create dishes that meet dietary needs
Food was outstanding and so was service! It was my friend's birthday and the table was decorated with colorful ribbon streams.
It was a wonderful night. Our guest had never been there; he was very pleased about the food and seemed to enjoy the evening as much as my husband and I did. I think this was our third trip there. Our server, Patrick, was great! He was very helpful as we perused the menu; he knew just when to appear and when to give us time to enjoy conversation. It was a memorable evening!
I had their new shrimp and scallop ‘bowl’. It was absolutely one of the best meals I have ever had. Service was great and ambience lovely. I’ll be back to try another ‘bowl’!!
Awesome hangar steak. The filet was good but the hangar was more flavorful.
One of my favorite go to places In Winston-Salem! My favorite menu nosh is the truffle fries.
Always a wonderful experience.
Food was great - service wonderful. Highly recommend
The food was top notch. Maybe a wee bit more training on the wine service. Great place and friendly. Thank you.
Family Christmas holiday get-together.
It was a very busy Saturday night just before Christmas, so the noise level and overall ambience were not quite where it normally is, but our overall experience was still wonderful. Our server was great, food was amazing and we had a nice bottle of wine to go along with it. Live festive music would have been a good touch, but may have been drown out by the sound of the loud parties. Nobles continues to be one of our favorite go to places for a nice evening out and we will be back again soon.
Can’t say that I will return. The noise level was off the charts. I just stopped trying to converse. It needs some rugs.
Great atmosphere, staff very friendly and on the ball. I would recommend and looking forward to coming back.
The food and service was outstanding but the long wait for the food took away from the entire experience.
Wonderful as always. Took a first timer there and she thought it was fabulous.
Excellent night of dining with colleagues. Food was amazing! However, we were sad to see creme brûlée not on the dessert menu.
This was the second or third time eating here after the name changed from Nobles to Roosters. In our opinion the restaurant has only gotten better! We just about made a meal out of side dishes but I did have the crab cakes that were outstanding. The service was efficient but friendly - we will be back.
Always enjoy dining at Noble's. Food and service is great. Patrick was our server and did an excellent job. We dined on crab cakes and the sheepshead (special) which were excellent. Great menu selections and great wine selections.
Very enjoyable. Patrick is excellent
Had a wonderful birthday dinner at Rooster's. We had a party of 7 and every meal and app that we ordered were amazing! The duck entree was by no doubt one of the best I have ever had. The wait staff is very attentive and courteous. We have frequented Rooster's for lunch a few times (which is always delicious...especially their tomato bisque!), but have never been for dinner. It is now our favorite restaurant for both lunch and dinner!
I would recommend them only If they don’t mind waiting A long time to get drinks, food etc. don’t order dessert because it will take 45 minutes to arrive.
Lights were bright. Service was slow. Food was average. Short rib looked and textured like it was from the prepared food case. Bolognese was too tangy to eat. Wahoo was overcooked and dry. Oyster salad used to be amazing. Not anymore. Even the pumpkin cake was disappointing. Tasted like eating pure butter. I don’t know what’s happened but it was a let down night for us.
The service and food was outstanding. We stopped in after my son’s lacrosse game and Massey our server was great with recommendations and very attentive without being pushy.
