    Food was good after it arrived but took a very long time, very long. The noise level of this place is more like a night club and less like a restaurant. I did not enjoy blasting music while dining. I would say this place would be good for a boys night out but that about it. Would not recommend it for families or couples.

    Cassidy was our sever and she was great. She delivered outstanding customer service and was very attentive and communicative.     Terrible service. We were 1 of 3 tables at the time and it took an hour and a half to get our sub par food. It took 20 minutes to get a glass of water and 45 minutes to get a cocktail that was ordered. It’s a steakhouse that is extremely expensive that has no fries, they are on the menu but they were out at 11:30 am.

    Seated 48 minutes late despite arriving early, had a drink spilled on me, 2 other guests had a server drop and spill food and then dressing on them. Had STK in NYC, LV, and ATL and this was easily a very low class version of this chain

    This was one of the worst restaurants I have ever been to. It was as loud as a night club, the wait staff was rude and unhelpful, and the term rooftop is used loosely. If you eat outside on the roof you will freeze because it’s cold at night and there are no heaters. The steak was good but overpriced and not worth it. I would never go back here.

    Good was delicious, manager was excellent. Server was courteous but very very slow. We waited 20 min for a nonalcoholic drink. We also ordered 2 apps and only received one. We had to take our desserts to go because we’d already be there 2 hours.

    I had such an amazing time the last time I dined here that I had to return, it’s becoming our Sunday regular spot! Edgar was our server and he was incredible, so kind and inviting and we didn’t have to wait for a thing! They were pretty busy on the rooftop but I didn’t feel any less taken care of. The manager and GM stopped by our table to chat as well - it’s so nice dining somewhere you feel so welcome :) Will be coming back soon! *we got the porterhouse with truffle and umami butter, brussel sprouts, loaded mashed potatoes, burrata and the bourbon bacon! yum!

    Disappointing and expensive. We made a reservation for the rooftop at 7:30 and arrived on time. They told us they couldn’t seat us up there because tables hadn’t left yet. I asked if they had a time limit and the hostess said “yes” and that they were over their limit, but then nothing happened which means they weren’t going to enforce it. Make a reservation at your own risk. They ended up seating us on the patio downstairs which was a nice setting, but the wheels fell off after that. 1. Couldn’t keep waters filled (the most basic of requirements for a restaurant). 2. The “not your dad’s old fashioned” is a small and weak old fashioned that costs $22. There’s nothing special about it. Rip off. 3. We waited an hour and a half for our meals. Two steaks and 3 sides. Nothing complicated. 4. I ordered the Ribeye and they brought me a filet. I brought this to their attention and they offered to correct it but I told them I didn’t want to wait another hour for a medium rare steak that takes 7 minutes to cook. 5. No discount on the bill for bringing the wrong food. We didn’t get out of there until 10 pm. Honestly, for $360 before tip I’d expect way better service. There’s a lot of restaurant competition in Scottsdale. If you want a posh setting for your social media this place is great, but better service and experiences are mere steps away at other restaurants. This is a one and done for us due to a lack of basic hospitality acumen.

    This is a straight up LOUD night club. We were floored by how loud it was. Not the type of ambiance we’re used to at a steakhouse. Classy is opposite of the vibe here. Our server was not attentive whatsoever. We had to go to the bar from our table on the rooftop at least 3 times. My brothers $112 Delmonico was SO bad. The worst we’ve tried anywhere (and we frequent the Scottsdale steakhouses consistently). My filet was awesome. My lobster tail was the worst I’ve had anywhere. Hands down. The tuna tartare was nice. Mashed pots were pretty good. The whiskey pours were half of what we usually get. At an extremely elevated price comparatively. My $21 Moscow mule was so spicy I couldn’t drink it. So I left it almost full. We had to go find our server for the bill. For a $450 dinner for two people we expect exceptional service and music not as loud as it was. Completely ridiculously over the top. Sad to say we will never return. With the quality of the meal received I wouldn’t even put that at a $100 bill. Very disappointed.

    If was a first for both myself and my girlfriend. We went for her birthday and it was something we both definitely enjoyed very much! The food was amazing, the service was great, the servers were knowledgeable and super nice. The music was upbeat, kinda had club vibes but still a great atmosphere. We definitely enjoyed ourselves .

    10/10!!! Easily the prettiest rooftop I’ve been to in Scottsdale. Such an upscale vibe- everything from the lighting to the music. The food came quickly and everything was AMAZING. Definitely coming back!!! Rachel and Ben took care of our table and they made the experience one of the best times ever. They answered every question we had & were so sweet and personable! Would come back solely based on the service we received. Don’t have a single bad thing to say about this place and will be recommending it to all of my friends visiting!
