Overall our server was excellent she provided exceptional service and was very patient with us when we were making our decision. We did have a hiccup where we were waiting for one roll of sushi for over 45 minutes but outside of that it was excellent. The ambiance itself was very nice, a little chilly but the weather was also cold that night. I would come in again. Hopefully the server has more help me time around as she was swamped handling a good chunk of the service

Food had no flavor. Too noisy. Not ideal if you want to have a conversation with people at the table. Poor service. Outdoor seating had tables not conducive for dining. No great views of the city. Not worth it

Terrible service. Waitress never came to the table for at least 45 minutes and kept forgetting our drinks and food orders. Made a reservation expecting a table outside and got neither of those. Very small portion of room is actually outside like being on a roof. Group of 9 squeezed onto two couches with only 4 tiny end tables that couldn’t fit our food and drinks. Was told we at least had the whole middle section of seating for our group but they started seating other people on one side. Didn’t have drinks on the menu we wanted. Food came out late after others had already finished theirs. Way over priced. Small menu and they expect you to order a “minimum” which is your total prepayment for the reservation and if you don’t you do not get your money back which is not thoroughly explained online. Would not recommend and will never go back. Not worth your time and money.

The vibe of this rooftop was great - great scenery and setup. However, the service and food were poor. I requested my eggs (we had brunch) to be fried, extra hard and when received was over easy, very runny. I sent it back and they returned with the same eggs. Sent it back again and they returned with the same - so I just didn't eat the eggs. We had a party of four, two of the entrees came out and the other two came out around 15 minutes later - one which was the lox plate (nothing cooked). The burrito was to be without avocado; however, when received, full of avocado. The server took off the egg entree but put a different entree from the other table on our ticket. There was a group of around 10 guys who were ordering drinks that arrived after us and more attention was given to them. I had to get up to get the Server to fix the ticket. An internal survey was sent for me to complete which I completed and received an email indicating they would review and provide a response; however, never received a response.
