Ronin features elgant farm cuisine with a constantly evolving menu. Set in the beautiful, newly-renovated historic Ice House on Main in downtown Bryan, our restaurant shares an open-air kitchen with our dining room, floor to ceiling exposed brick, and hand-built, suspension tables made from wood salvaged during renovation.

Our menu is updated daily, based on what we have harvested from our garden during that given week. Our farm is located just seven miles from our restaurant. The climate and changing seasons play a major role in what we serve. It is our intention to always provide a variety of menu options and to accommodate any dietary needs.

    It was a pleasure eating at Ronin on its last day of location in downtown Bryan. It’s unfortunate that they could not continue their occupancy there.

    Our server Marylouise was amazing!! Helpful with suggestions, but encouraged that all dishes were amazing - great service! Food was all delicious - drinks were great!

    While the food is good, the service is atrocious. It was terrible during my last visit, and even worse tonight. Please train your staff; it's not rocket science.

    I brought some friends from out of town to try before ronin closes and they LOVED IT. They were shocked and impressed by how much is made in house and to quality of it. I love this restaurant and I loved getting to share it with friends

    Love Ronin. The food, service and ambience is the best. We had cheese plates, salads, burgers, the newest chicken, and shrimp. All was tasty, as always!

    Beautiful spot, love the swing on the patio after dinner to people watch. The food and servers are attentive, and it looks like a full team effort! SO SO sad to hear they are closing. It was great to eat your food.

    We loved the atmosphere and menu selections. Favorites were the shrimp pasta and fried veggie appetizer. The food took quite a while to come out and the Caesar salad was super salty
