   We had a group of 6 adults and 5 children. We sat for a bit before anyone can to see us. Server brought bread and left for over 10 minutes before coming back to take drink order. At that time we ordered our dinners as well. We had 4 kids meals some appetizers and a salad. it took a bit to get our food and the order it arrived was a bit particular. The adult dinners came than the appetizer, then finally the kids meals. After another 5+ minutes the salad finally came after asking a few times. When it did come there was no dressing so we had to wait for that. since my salad was ordered as part of my meal i would have thought it would come out 1st with the kids meals. Our server was really trying but I think she may have had to many tables and they were not near each other. The food was good.

   Our family of 4 went for a late dinner, around 9pm about an hour before closing. There was no one in the front to greet us and we waited for several seemingly long minutes before being acknowledged by any of the staff (I counted at least 6 who could have seated us). And btw the restaurant was not very busy that night. Still, the only person waiting tables was the bar tender that had a customer at the bar at the time. We finally got sat and waited again at the table for 15+ minutes before ANYONE came to even take a drink order. We were about to leave because of the ridiculous inattentiveness (my wife had stood up with her purse) but just then I over-heard the manager speak to someone about our table and I urged her to sit and wait for a few more moments. She did and moments later a young man came over and apologized saying he didn’t know we had been seated (although, I watched him for a good while due to their open-concept kitchen sorting silverware with a female co-worker in a funny and flirtatious conversation within ear-shot of our table). He gave us decent service that I won’t over-criticize and the food was good so we left happy. I’ve always enjoyed Macaroni Grill but this was my 1st time visiting in years so to receive that type of service upon entering was disappointing to say the least.

   The service was great, the food amazing, it was a great atmosphere, and was very welcoming. I would recomend the fetachini Alfredo and spaghetti.

   Our meals were delivered by the manager, and when I mentioned we hadn't yet received Caesar salads, without provocation, he said they would be taken off our bill (never happened). Our salads were brought moments later by our server, and by the time we finished our salads, our meals were no longer hot. My wife ordered a specialty drink off the menu, and there was no mention of it being frozen. She didn't care for it and asked for a glass of wine instead. We still had to pay for the frozen drink, which we felt was unusual. Overall, it was our service and timing that was a disappointment. We love Macaroni Grill and have never had a bad experience until last night. Very disappointed.

   Overall, it was a very nice experience! Great service. Food was delicious and nice portion.

   The heater was broken is was extremely cold. We had an anniversary part of 24. Added tip, but server appeared to be irritated with our business. Failed to receive our desserts, had to request it literally 4 times and go to the counter to receive the cheesecake to go. This is my first ever negative post and my first negative experience dinning here. A year ago we had a wonderful time at my wife’s birthday which was a party of 20

   Food was ok, I felt like my server was the only one in the whole building. I saw her like twice and the food was brought to my table by the managers, who just dropped food off and didn’t say anything. They dropped the food off randomly, half the table got their food while the other half waited. Soups came after entrees, bread came after appetizers, empty plates stayed on the table for a while, drinks weren’t refilled.
