Karma was very pleasant and personable, we really enjoyed our experience it. The food was great I really am enjoyed every bite, the sad part was I walked out without my leftovers. I had Chicken Scaloppine very delicious 😋

Not a good experience. The creamy garlic pasta sauce had a very strong herb taste that made it hard to eat. Three of us ordered it and no one finished. Server kept putting her shirt sleeve in my food as she reached across the table. Would not recommend

Macaroni Grill is one of my favorite restaurants. The hostess prepared our table then sat us down. The bread was already served waiting for us. The food was delicious as ever. Only complaint I have. Is our waiter. She took our orders served our food and then disappeared. We were done and waited for our check a long time. With that said I be back. The food is too good not to go back.

Came here for Valentine’s Day, they somehow did not have my OpenTable app reservation. So I had to open the app to show them to verify I had made the reservation then we stood at the front counter for about 10-15 mins while the 2 hostesses had their own discussion. Tried to give it a pass since the hostess that escorted me to my table stated it was her first day. Our waitress Tabitha was very polite however took a very long time to greet us, about 10-15 mins. She stated she wasn’t told someone seated us in her section & apologized. Other then the initial kinks, the experience was ok, Not too bad. I would come back but it just seems pointless to actually make a reservation here.

Took 5 minutes to be seated because all the staff were talking in the back. Server brought the wrong drinks. No heat in the building. Took 45 minutes to get food with only 3 tables in the whole restaurant. Food had a funny smell we didn't even eat it. Asked to see the manager and John came out and said usually there is 2 managers here but the other manager was late and that manager is the general manager. So if that person who is supposed to be the leader is late then that explains their staff expectations.

I arrived on time but still had to wait 5 minutes.Other than that the service was good.It was my son's 16th birthday and he loves Italian food.It was our first time at this restaurant.My kids were amazed that the waitress didnt have to wrrite down the order.Great service Holley.

In spite of a reservation, waited about 10-15 minutes to be seated. Had asked for a booth and was given a partial booth with one party having to sit in a chair out in the aisle so not a desirable table. No heat in the restaurant on a cold day so uncomfortable with an elderly person (age 95) in our party. Understaffed so help was slow but friendly. Food was very good quality.

The service was excellent and the food was very good as always. The Macaroni Grill is one of our favorite chain type restaurants to visit when we travel. The only problem was the heat in the building was not working properly and the temperature outside was in the teens. There was a sign as you walked in explaining the problem and the staff told us very quickly as well. We decided to go ahead with our plans to eat there and we are glad we did. Everyone working that night did a great job. We will go back there every chance we get.

The service was fine, the ladies that waited in us were efficient and pleasant . The issue I had was there was NO HEAT in the entire building ! It’s not like I had a choice to cancel my reservation on Christmas Eve ! I feel they did the best they could under the circumstances, but they NEVER even OFFERED a slight discount for me having to eat in my coat and gloves ! Needless to say I did NOT linger once dinner was over, no dessert and after dinner drink for us !

The heat had not been working for weeks. We were not told the restaurant had no heat until we got there. The temperature inside was 47 degrees. We left, there were no customers in the restaurant.

The night we went, my family was having a birthday dinner for me. After sitting down, ordering AND getting our appetizers we were informed the heat was not working. We decided to stay as we were hungry, and our order was already in. Although it was freezing inside (and had to eat with our jackets on - so uncomfortable) the food was DELICIOUS, service was GREAT & prices were DECENT. We ordered from the bar, appetizers, entrees and dessert (which yes, they sang Happy Birthday to me).

The food was fairly good The waitress did a good job. I guess my only concern was the place didn’t appear to be very clean and maintained. The booth we were in had seats that were all crackled up and unprofessional looking. There seems to be a lot of maintenance issues such as painting, flooring, keeping a fresh appearance, and standard level of upkeep. It’s just not what I’m used to seeing another macaroni grills

We ended up getting our food to go due to a mix up. They gave us our drinks in kids cups and when I questioned it, they told me that they serve all adult size drinks and kids size glasses, the plastic sippy cup kind. I immediately went to the front and asked the hostess who explained to me that there was a shortage of cups not that’s what they normally served. I told her that either I needed an additional one to cover the four dollars for the drink or remove it from my bill, when I arrived home, we did not have two of the things that we ordered. Even though the lady swore up and down it was correct I paid for extra bread no bread one of the entrées was missing by the time we got home it was too late to go back and nobody answered the phone . The lady in the back who is overseeing the service counter for takeout was the rudest woman I’ve ever met in my life in the service industry. She even came up to the hostess stand to see what I was questioning as it questioning her was the worst thing to ever happen , she had to of been a manager based on her dress I this was our first time eating here and I will never ever go back the absolute worst food overpriced, and the service ridiculous very very sad for our Thanksgiving dinner choice

Two weeks ago I made a reservation on Thanksgiving Day. This restaurant has sent me an email where I saw a good offer with 3 course of Thanksgiving meal for $34 per person. When I came to the restaurant I was waiting for 30 minutes before host woman decided to come to the front. After I finally set down the waitress told me that Thanksgiving Meal is not available anymore. I have to order from a regular menu. I did that but my silverware I got after she brought a dinner on the table. The waitress never asked me if I need anything at all. No oil, no fresh bread, no attention from waitress. Therefore I didn't leave any tip that day. I will never go there again!

Evan with reservations we had to wait to be seated. It was Thanksgiving day and they were short staffed. The Thanksgiving special was outstanding as were pasta dishes our guests had selected. We definitely will be back.

This is usually my best place to eat. We went there to celebrate my birthday. The restaurant was super cold. Everyone was sitting around with their coats on. We just wanted to finish our food and get out of there because it was so cold. My waiter was super nice. The conversation was good. He was very respectful. His name was Jay. But he kept forgetting things. We didn’t get our first plate of bread until after our meal was already served. I did ask him for another loaf, but that never made it to the table. My daughter ordered a cucumber. Margarita that was super strong. He did let us know that he did not have all of the ingredients to make it properly, so they just kind of threw some stuff together. Wish we would’ve known about that earlier because we probably would’ve changed our drink choice. I guess I was just hoping for a better dining experience, and it was not good at all.

When we arrived, the hostess verified our reservation immediately and with friendliness and courtesy showed us to our table providing a table large enough for us and an infant and providing a high chair for us. The waitress, Star, immediately obtained our drinks and took our orders. The food arrived shortly. It had excellent quantity and was great tasting. We obtained desserts that were also excellent. Overall our experience was outstanding. Most likely will be returning many times. Our thanks to the hostess and waitress for making our experience a happy one.
