Romano's Macaroni Grill - Summerlin
roasted chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, mushrooms, rigatoni, roasted-garlic cream sauce
vine-ripened tomatoes, imported buffalo mozzarella, basil, balsamic glaze
Carbonara special was very bland and disappointing.
We had a wonderful time! We were celebrating our Wedding Anniversary! We definitely plan to come back. The service was amazing!
Food was great. Server was so polite and attentive.
Reservation process was easy and schedule was mostly adhered to. Service was good as was the food.
Never Ever, Ever again.
Why would you go anywhere when they don't want you there.
Waiter was excellent and very friendly. Made sure food and service was excellent
We love this place and it saddens us that so many have closed. We went far out of our way to go here fir dinner, food taste texture and quality were all good, but the entrees came out only Luke warm, they tried to offer to fix it, so there’s that......
Family dinner on weekend. Enjoyed the our time and great food.
1- First the server takes our bread plate with him to another table an carries on a conversation with those ppl then brings the bread to our table, the olive oil or whatever it is they give you to dip the bread had pepper in it , and he makes a comment sorry bout the mess I hope you like pepper in your oil.
2- second the sever brings the wrong order to the table , but the. brought the right one with a different pasta .
3- third I was charged a different amount from the recipient I paid.
A 9$ difference. I debated bout calling but since covid going on I figured Dustin most of need the extra 9$ on top of the 15% I left for the tip.
JUST DISAPPOINTED bout the whole thing.
Could of went to Olive Garden and got better everything over all .
Sorry, but the chicken parmesan was NOT warm enough. Even the dish was not warm. We usually are very pleased with the food at Macaroni Grill but this was not satisfactory. We took some of it home and re-heated it, and it was very good. We always enjoy the caesar salad and the bread/oil. It will be a while before we eat here again. Next time we'll have the penne rustica (our favorite).
Another negative is that "Happy Hour" has been discontinued. Let me know when it is resumed--we are fans of the "house" red wine during happy hour.
Made reservations for three people for 8:00PM and was finally seated at 8:30PM. Our server, Joey, was business only, not rude mind you, but not friendly per say. He would only bring you something if you requested it and only if you requested it; except, of course, the check. The food was nothing to shout about - average with no taste of spices or real flavors, which was disappointing. Overall, I would say that it was not worth the prices on the menu and overall check amount. Overrated, in my opinion. I don't think I'll be returning. Another item to mention, this location is NOT in Summerlin. It's in the Northwestern part of Las Vegas, but not Summerlin by no means.
Terrible, terrible service. Appetizers were really good, everything else sucked. Cold, flavorless entrees.. and service LOL. Never got refills. Asked twice and he forgot. Asked for the check and he threw it on the table without a word and walked away. Forgot our to-go boxes because he thought we didn’t want them. The waiter just wasn’t present at all. Maybe he was having a bad day. The whole experience just sucked. Don’t think I’m keen on coming back.
I use to live this place but never ever ever again ! Service was terrible , food was terrible . Such a shame it use to be a great place
Good food the quality is nice and the service was attenyive
Love not only the food but the staff is what keeps us coming back. Michael and Kamal are simply the best!
Have been coming to this restaurant for approx 10 years ALWAYS good food and service
Good food and service but way over-priced in my opinion. 2 plates of pasta and 1 beer - $50.00 with tax and tip!
Always good. Reliable and friendly service. A++
The food was not good and horrible service. A lot of dishes they ran out of
We love the food at Macaroni Grille and we were sat in a timely manner. I wanted to spend Valentine’s Day with my family. Hostess was great and had a great personality, and it looked real busy. Just when we sat down it took over 10 minutes before our waiter acknowledged us. I was informed by two groups around us that they are having bad service. The hostess was great and our waiter was just overwhelmed by his assigned area. In all my family had a great time and food was outstanding and great value. Enjoyed our time their with my family.
My wife got extremely sick from the salmon plate. You may want to check freshness.
The food was served called they forgot our appetizer totally the first two drinks we ordered were disgusting and had to send them back the waitress forgot to bring our appetizer we have an appointment and still had to sit out in the car for 45 minutes this whole experience was totally unprofessional and this restaurant deserves to fall with the rest of them the food isn't even good
This was quite disappointing. Server was very attentive, food came out Luke warm, and the food was lacking in flavor. The pasta was grossly over cooked and mushy. Probably won’t be going back!
I love the food, service and atmosphere
Had a reservation and dint have to wait too long. The food was very tasty but portions were VERY small. Although the restaurant was very limited seating we were always looking for our server for refills and just our food in general. We ordered a single piece of cake at the end of our dinner and it took well over 10 minutes for us to get it. Also even though we were not seated close to the door, everything the door would open we would get that cold air. Tables should not be placed directly in line with the door.
We were disappointed with the service. Very slow. He “lost” the paper with our drink order we ordered 2 waters and a beer! He didn’t know what wine they had and made no attempt to find out.
Server super friendly. Good food and reasonable prices.
One server for about 12 tables. Service was a bit but his attitude made up for it.
Amazing food, it tastes homemade. The service was awesome.
Good food. Portions are large, and tasty. Service was a bit slow, but they stepped it up.
Great food, good value and the staff and management were accommodating to requests for item substitutions.
Tasty lunch. Our server was great at fulfilling all of our requests.
We enjoyed nice lunch waitress was very attentive
Our guy Daren was awesome ~ he was very busy but stayed with us all the way thru🥰 xtra bread, butter 4the bread, Tabasco, grated cheese etc etc, food was yummy too~ never hesitate to order the Brussels 1st!!
Comfort food. So sad that there's only one Macaroni Grill in town left. Ambiance was quiet and calm as there were not many people there. Food was filling and flavorful.
My husband and I were out on a date. It’s our rare chance to be without the kids. I know it’s all because of the governors mandate, but the whole thing felt rushed. I wanted a quiet relaxing dinner. I requested a booth. We were seated in a booth right next to the kitchen. It was so loud. Next time I will request to be far from the kitchen. The food was great, but it all came out too quickly. We ordered appetizers which we ate rather quickly and our food appeared as we were finishing the appetizers. We were in and out in 35 minutes. The waiter made our experience feel more rushed and impersonal. He placed our appetizers on our table from the kitchen side of the booth (not the side you get in from) without saying a word until after he placed them. It startled me. It wasn’t a bad experience, but it wasn’t the quiet, relaxing dinner date I was hoping for either.
Waiter was very friendly and didn't make us wait too long for service. Also very efficient. I would ask for him again
We went out to Macaroni Grill for Date Night. When we sat down, the music was playing Love is a Many Splendor Thing and it was perfect for "Date Night". The food was fresh and very tasty with baked fresh bread and a small plate filled with olive oil and balsamic vinegar to dip the bread in. We ordered the red house wine and it was just the way I like it -- not too sweet and not to tart. Overall, I highly recommend Macaroni Grill.
Food was cold, house wine $11 a glass was pricey for what it was, tasted like cheap wine but waiter suggested it and the menu had not downloaded on my screen yet. It was just ok. I’m not thinking we will return.
It was just alright. Nothing special. The waitress was super nice though.
