Have been coming to this restaurant for approx 10 years ALWAYS good food and service
Good food and service but way over-priced in my opinion. 2 plates of pasta and 1 beer - $50.00 with tax and tip!
Always good. Reliable and friendly service. A++
The food was not good and horrible service. A lot of dishes they ran out of
We love the food at Macaroni Grille and we were sat in a timely manner. I wanted to spend Valentine’s Day with my family. Hostess was great and had a great personality, and it looked real busy. Just when we sat down it took over 10 minutes before our waiter acknowledged us. I was informed by two groups around us that they are having bad service. The hostess was great and our waiter was just overwhelmed by his assigned area. In all my family had a great time and food was outstanding and great value. Enjoyed our time their with my family.
My wife got extremely sick from the salmon plate. You may want to check freshness.
The food was served called they forgot our appetizer totally the first two drinks we ordered were disgusting and had to send them back the waitress forgot to bring our appetizer we have an appointment and still had to sit out in the car for 45 minutes this whole experience was totally unprofessional and this restaurant deserves to fall with the rest of them the food isn't even good
This was quite disappointing. Server was very attentive, food came out Luke warm, and the food was lacking in flavor. The pasta was grossly over cooked and mushy. Probably won’t be going back!
I love the food, service and atmosphere
Had a reservation and dint have to wait too long. The food was very tasty but portions were VERY small. Although the restaurant was very limited seating we were always looking for our server for refills and just our food in general. We ordered a single piece of cake at the end of our dinner and it took well over 10 minutes for us to get it. Also even though we were not seated close to the door, everything the door would open we would get that cold air. Tables should not be placed directly in line with the door.
We were disappointed with the service. Very slow. He “lost” the paper with our drink order we ordered 2 waters and a beer! He didn’t know what wine they had and made no attempt to find out.
Server super friendly. Good food and reasonable prices.
One server for about 12 tables. Service was a bit but his attitude made up for it.
Amazing food, it tastes homemade. The service was awesome.
Good food. Portions are large, and tasty. Service was a bit slow, but they stepped it up.
Great food, good value and the staff and management were accommodating to requests for item substitutions.
Tasty lunch. Our server was great at fulfilling all of our requests.
We enjoyed nice lunch waitress was very attentive
Our guy Daren was awesome ~ he was very busy but stayed with us all the way thru🥰 xtra bread, butter 4the bread, Tabasco, grated cheese etc etc, food was yummy too~ never hesitate to order the Brussels 1st!!
Comfort food. So sad that there's only one Macaroni Grill in town left. Ambiance was quiet and calm as there were not many people there. Food was filling and flavorful.
My husband and I were out on a date. It’s our rare chance to be without the kids. I know it’s all because of the governors mandate, but the whole thing felt rushed. I wanted a quiet relaxing dinner. I requested a booth. We were seated in a booth right next to the kitchen. It was so loud. Next time I will request to be far from the kitchen. The food was great, but it all came out too quickly. We ordered appetizers which we ate rather quickly and our food appeared as we were finishing the appetizers. We were in and out in 35 minutes. The waiter made our experience feel more rushed and impersonal. He placed our appetizers on our table from the kitchen side of the booth (not the side you get in from) without saying a word until after he placed them. It startled me. It wasn’t a bad experience, but it wasn’t the quiet, relaxing dinner date I was hoping for either.
Waiter was very friendly and didn't make us wait too long for service. Also very efficient. I would ask for him again
We went out to Macaroni Grill for Date Night. When we sat down, the music was playing Love is a Many Splendor Thing and it was perfect for "Date Night". The food was fresh and very tasty with baked fresh bread and a small plate filled with olive oil and balsamic vinegar to dip the bread in. We ordered the red house wine and it was just the way I like it -- not too sweet and not to tart. Overall, I highly recommend Macaroni Grill.
Food was cold, house wine $11 a glass was pricey for what it was, tasted like cheap wine but waiter suggested it and the menu had not downloaded on my screen yet. It was just ok. I’m not thinking we will return.
It was just alright. Nothing special. The waitress was super nice though.
Drove all the way to Las Vegas from Los Angeles to have the best pasta penne rústica great service!!
Food was absolutely disgusting couldn't even finish it they didn't offer to replace the meal so we just paid and left
Food was amazing and the waiter was outstanding and very customer service oriented. Customer satisfied indeed!
Received a dirty glass (dried soda spots and lemon pulp on the inside among who knows what else) with my sparkling water. I ended up drinking straight from the bottle. My husband’s gin and tonic barely had any gin. Our appetizer was the spinach and artichoke dip and it was absolutely disgusting. I tried a bite and couldn’t stomach it at all. My husband also thought it was gross. We were so turned off, we cancelled our dinner order and left.
Set my reservation for 7:45 pm, ended waiting an hour to be seated and still had another 30 minute wait ahead of us. We just went somewhere else. Ridiculous. No updates or anything either.
They did not honor the reservation and made us wait over an hour before we left.
New Year’s Eve dinner
We were surprised to be able to get a table this day, as everything else was booked, however we were able to, now we know why. I had never tried this restaurant, but assumed it would be good given it is a chain that continues to survive.
The waiter was oblivious and semi-rude. His facial expressions indicated his disdain for working (not sure if it was only that night)...He would take an order (drinks/appetizer/main dish/dessert) and just quickly and abruptly walk away. Then he would drop the dish and do the same. Example, left me spaghetti but I had to chase him down for parmesan cheese, which arrived 5 minutes late. He dropped my coffee for dessert but no spoon.
The restaurant was way too busy attending to delivery drivers than the actual guests in attendance. Despite having a reservation, we were made to wait, as the restaurant was being "slammed" (per the host) and it was obvious they were short-handed.
The food was decent for the most part, but my dining partner's dish arrived cold. My spaghetti was definitely overcooked. The dessert (Tirmisu) was soggy and not good.
The food was decent, but all in all, not an ideal dining experience.
Made a reservation and had to wait at least 20 minutes after we arrived. Didn’t make sense since they are at 25% capacity, so obviously mismanaged the reservations. Also, could not get a drink while we waited nor would they let us near the bar even though we were a family of four people who are all likely Covid free and would have maintained appropriate distance. Once we were seated, all was good. Wait staff had great attitudes and were very helpful. Food was good as always. No issues there. Have noticed that they have jacked up their prices since the pandemic, which I can understand, but it has brought down the value equation, so we are not going as often or are thinking twice before we go as we face the same economic challenges as everybody else. We still love you guys, but wanted you to know. See you soon.
Really dirty. Utensils and cups were DIRTY
My wife loved her entree, me, not so much. We’ll be back. I’ll order something else.
Really good meal after doing Christmas festivities! Good prices, and quick service!
Always a fantastic (and filling) experience. Maggiano's has become a Thanksgiving tradition for the wife and I. And when our daughter returns from her international travel we will be making reservations.
Server seemed to t
rush us & had to ask the server to slow it down. Also food was not served hot! It was cold and some of the food was lukewarm!
The 1st star is for my waiter who was very nice, attentive and professional. The 2nd star is for the glass of Riesling wine that my wife enjoyed. Everything else was pretty terrible. First came the bread which was ok but the olive oil tasted like canola oil. Then the salads came which were not too bad either. After that were the entrees; my wife and I both ordered the Pasta Milano which was extremely bland, clearly not seasoned, the chicken was overcooked to a near tar, and the sun dried tomatoes had the consistency of plastic. Also, the portions were not typical of what you'd expect from an Italian restaurant. Which leads me to our 2 year old son's plate from the children's menu which had larger portions than ours. We ordered him the grilled chicken which came with a side of mashed potatoes and broccolini. He spat it out everytime we tried to feed it to him and he generally loves chicken. He only ate the bread. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody.
