   Stopped here while passing through after a very long weekend event. It happened to be Mother’s Day so we were concerned about restaurants being overrun. We were able to create a reservation an hour in advance of arriving. Food was consistent. Server was excellent.

   The prices were very reasonable. The service was great. Our waitress only been there for two weeks, but she was friendly and I was checked on us and fun made our evening enjoyable I highly recommend this restaurant.

   They set us up in a great spot for 12 people. It felt separate from the rest of the restaurant so our kiddos could move around a bit. Food was excellent! Ambiance was perfect. And the singing waiter? Bellissimo!

   We were seated near the bar and the bartender was our waiter. We did not request to be seated in this area and there were plenty of open tables. It appeared that the restaurant was understaffed. One out of the three meals was decent and the other two weren’t. The chicken was burned and lasagna was very dry on one of the plates. The waiter did have that meal removed from our bill. Overall, it just wasn’t a rewarding experience.

    Our waitress was doing triple duty and she excelled at all of them. She’s a keeper! Most efficient server I’ve ever experienced. And she makes an outstanding martini!

    We were seated before two other parties. However those two parties were served before us. Our waiter was young and it seemed new to the job. He took our order after I asked who are waiter was. The soup we ordered as an appetizer was delivered by another waiter at the same time as the main courses. I questioned that and he say he had let the manager know. No one ever came back to our table to refill drinks, see if everything was ok, to see if we needed anything else. The manager did come and offered a free dessert which we turned down. I had to ask the manager for our check while she was walking around. Again no wait staff member ever came back to our table although they visited all the tables around us. The food was good.     Let me explain the 3 stars... So our server, Miles, was FANTASTIC! Attentive, great personality and service! However, the "girl" that brought the food was highly inappropriate. Flirted with me as my wife sat inches away. Reported this to Miles and he passed the sentiment along. I'm assuming the manager told her she needed to apologize. Of course, upon delivering the "I'm sorry for disrespecting your wife," she then went off on a tangent about how she wasn't flirting, was engaged and really wasn't "sorry" at all. Shame because Miles did a great job and the food, as usual for a Macaroni Grill, was fantastic! Not sure if we'll be back any time soon.

    Personally I love the atmosphere that they place out. From the music to the table setup. Every encounter we had was always a friendly one. It's nice spot to take a date out or to have get together.

    May I preface a bad review with the observation that the staff was not at fault here. The restaurant was clearly operating with a reduced staff. Everyone was scrambling to cover all the jobs. As a result, we were seated next to a filthy booth with overflowing liquids and debris on the floor that no one had time to clean up, we had three different staff wait on us and no one knew who was supposed to. The food was undercooked and not good, and the bill was deposited on our table without asking if we wanted dessert (after noting in the reservation it was for a birthday celebration). The atmosphere was a bit chaotic but mostly sad, as this is the state of the world today. We want to support businesses, but it will probably be quite awhile before we return here.

    Food good, Made reservations said nothing to us about my husband's 60th birthday.. Maybe you were understaffed that's why the service was poor. Out of beer out of stuffed mushrooms for appetizer. We do not go out very often this was my husband's 60th birthday.. No thank you

    The food was excellent. The service was nonexistent. The waitress took our order and delivered the food. She had her phone on a podcast or something that was on when she delivered the food. She never checked on us at all. She never took our plates away until we asked for the check. We had to flag her down to get Parmesan cheese. She’s not an asset to the company.

    OK it's a chain, but it is a pretty good chain. In this case a friend and I had an excellent dinner with wine at a very reasonable price. Service was very friendly.

    Noise traveled around the room and there was music on speakers so hard to hear my dining companion across the table. But we are old. Food was great but entree is just that. Any salad, vegetable or soup is extra. Bread included but it had unnecessary coarse salt on top of loaf.

    Where to begin… First, my reservation was at 7 PM. I arrived at 6:52 PM to walk in and see three other parties waiting to be acknowledged. Multiple staff members would bypass the front and not say anything. I even recall seeing staff members in the back just standing around even what appeared to be a manager who had on a blue button-up shirt and black slacks but was looking down at his phone the whole time. It wasn’t until I made direct eye contact with the bartender that she said that she would be right with me. She eventually came to the front, and we weren’t seated until 7:15 PM, and our waitress did not arrive at the table until 7:30 PM. We were not ask if we wanted waters or bread I had to ask, but she did apologize for the wait. She said that they somehow got extremely busy on a Tuesday. Upon looking around the restaurant, there were a total of six tables spread out with four waitresses, a manager, and a bartender. If this is what they consider busy, I can only imagine what it would be like at 50%, let alone 75% capacity This was my first time visiting a Romano‘s macaroni and grill, and it will definitely be my last time at this particular location as it left a bad taste for me but I pray not all the locations are like this. There was no reason for the service to be that slow with six tables. My waitress was pretty good. She mentioned this was her second week, so she did pretty well, but the fact that they weren’t very busy and that It took forever for us to be seated and greet it is genuinely unacceptable, oh and to top it off, they had absolutely no type of wine available I asked for three different types and each time the waitress said they were out finally when they have one they literally only had 4 available out of the entire list, it tasted stale as if it had been sitting out for months.

    With a reservation made I still had to wait 45 minutes to be seated. Upon being seated It was disclosed that they didn’t have a lot of the menu items so it was very limited. The food was awful! Chicken was old and dried and very little of it. The portion was so so small I was shocked, very displeased with the food and service all around. I will never dine there again. $55.00 dollars for two small meals that were trash. Smh

    On our visit upon entering we were greeted asked our reservation time and shown to our seats, the atmosphere was really pleasant, the staff was Great! We ordered calamari which was very dry, and our entrees while the taste was great, came almost cold. Overall I’d say the experience was good and will definitely give them a second chance.

    Hadn't been here in a long time before everything shut down, so when they opened, we were happy to be able to go out.     We waited almost two hours to be seated with reservations! A waiter never came to take out order, we had to stop and ask different waiters for help, on top of it the manager got into a physical altercation with a homeless man , and punched the wall by the table we were sitting in!     One of the managers and a customer at the bar had an altercation. I manager was hitting or kicking things after their conversation. Very unprofessional. We will not be returning to this location. Our server also billed us the wrong amount. Far more than it was priced on the menu. The bill was corrected but not until we noticed it and my card had already been billed for the wrong amount.

    We never got sat even though we had a reservation. They said they were backed up and had too many rereservations. We ended up sitting at the bar and ordered food. We waiting for a long time for the food and eventually the cook ended up bringing it because it had been just sitting back there the whole time. Our waitress never went to go get it so by the time the cook brought it out the food was cold. Not sure if we will come back.
