Our son wanted to eat here for his birthday and we thought they were all closed. So excited to find out this N Olmsted location was still open. The food was amazing, as usual, brough back memories of when we used to go. Hope they don't close. Service was great!

It was shockingly empty for Mother’s Day. Got appetizers & bread right away. Waitress was abrupt, rude, loud- Jenn was her name. Waited 2.5 hours for entrees- ended up asking for manager three times. Everyone refused. Waitress said people were crying and storming out of kitchen. Went to front to try to find manager and she was screaming at her employees and being rather rude- refused to talk to us. Left money on table for appetizer and walked out.

Putting aside the disappointment that they had no mushroom ravioli (personal favorite) - food was good and our server was attentive and fun.

Our server was very friendly. Nice girl. But she forgot us a lot. The food kept coming out with errors. And nothing tastes as good as I remember. Maybe the chef had an off day.

Nice meal at Macaroni Grill, we really enjoy their Penne Rustica and Chicken Parmesean - both great dinners at reasonable prices and the staff is always friendly and attentive

Food was great. Service was super slow compared to other visits.luckily we were in no rush, but a bit annoying. Waiter said he “didn’t know we were in his section.”. After that service was disappointingly slow but the waiter was pleasant.
