Food arrived cold. Waitress knew it was cold before she brought meal out. Care factor from management, only lip service. Offered complimentary desserts only to be charged for them. When questioned, told only one dessert was complimentary which was not how it was understood by 4 English speaking customers. Not happy but paid bill, then had audacity to ask for a tip.

My spaghetti and meatballs were terrible (noodles undercooked and sauce and meatballs tasteless) and so were the roasted brussel sprouts (the worst I've ever had, it tasted like lighter fluid, and I really love brussel sprouts 😪). But my cosmo was delicious, though small, and the tiramisu and coffee were excellent too. Service was great as was the roominess of the restaurant. But I prolly would not return or recommend. Well, my boyfriend liked his food (he's normally picky) and said he'd give it another chance.

Inexperienced staff with little support. Orders arrived wrong, items missed and they were out of several ingredients so they couldn't complete dishes or drinks properly. Very disappointed

We had a group of 8 people and they sat us next to a full table of loud laughing women. Our chairs touch each other back to back which was tight and uncomfortable. Don’t know why they didn’t space it out a bit more. We could hardly hear our conversations as they were quite loud. I don’t mind people having a good time but it was just too close to each other where the waiters couldn’t pass behind us. We ordered our drinks and appetizers. Appetizers were great and the bread was great. It took quite long for our food to come out so kept eating our appetizers. By the time our food came out, we were too full to eat our meal and took majority of it home. Only one person ordered dessert because the rest were full on bread and drinks. Our reservations were at 1pm and the restaurant was not busy at all. Most of the tables were empty and was told from my family the competition was Olive Garden across the hall. I opted to eat at Macaroni Grill cause they took reservations while Olive Garden didn’t. This was my second time eating at macaroni grill about 10 years ago. It was okay. Nothing great. Don’t know if I’d eat there again. It wasn’t bad and its wasn’t great.

Overall, we had a very nice time at dinner! We loved the paper table covering and crayons, as well as a very comprehensive kids menu with lots of activities to do. The pasta portions were a little small for the price. The Ceasar salad was a table favorite, as well as the decadent chocolate cake. We were 20 minutes after our reservation time but the hostess still accommodated us with a smile and great customer service. Our server was very attentive and everything went in and came out correctly!

I made reservations and called multiple times just to make sure that it was all good and set. The last time I called which was the day as I had to add more people, they said that they could only take three checks for a group of 20. It was not a for informed of this any of the times that I had called. Due to this a third of our party did not show and decided that they should go somewhere else. So at the end we only had 11 people. Sad because they could’ve made a lot more money. Other than that everything was great.

They were out of balsamic vinegar. Server said it’s been a while. Shocking. Several of the dishes we planned to order were not available. Very disappointing. Not happy with the experience.

I’ve always loved the quality of the food but it seems to have gone down a little. The appetizers were delicious - calamari and spinach dip. My pasta milano was okay. I noticed most entrees got smaller but the prices have gone up. Our waitress was friendly. At first we felt rushed but it was 7pm on a Saturday.

Love the food and atmosphere there during lunch hour. We asked to move from table close to kitchen due to noise and they moved us immediately to a much better location. Service was spot on with Janine and the little gal who brought our food and more olive oil for our bread. I’ve never had a bad meal there. Wine portions very generous

Pleasant staff at front desk greeted us and checked to make sure the table was ready, then seated us even though two guests were 5 minutes late. Server told us the specials then came back to take our dinner order. We shared two appetizers which came quickly. Dinners arrived and server had no idea who had ordered what, we had to help her out. Food was great, tasty and hot. Free dessert for our birthday girl!

I ordered one of my favorites, the chicken parmigiana, and it was over cooked. It took five or more times to cut through the chicken and some of the pasta was glued together. I was so disappointed. The manager and our server were very gracious in getting me something else and checking on us. This was the first time I’ve had this happen in all of the years I’ve been going to your restaurant. I will definitely return, and yes will order the chicken parmigiana.

Food took.awhile. Poor greetings as you entered. I made a reservation through open table and the hostess didn’t even bother to read it. Our order came wrong ruined the evening. Packed up my meal instead and just finished my glass of wine. It’s better to have lunch there.

We came there to celebrate my daughter’s 17th birthday and everything went well. Our server Kayla was excellent in providing us with exceptional customer service. She had a great smile and sense of humor. Our drink glasses was always filled. The food came quickly and was hot. Everyone enjoyed themselves and the food was all delicious. Thanks again Kayla!

Had our usual fare but the quality of one of the dishes was not as good as in previous visits. Had the panko crusted chicken salad and there was a little too much dressing and the bacon bits were extremely hard. Was a little disappointed that is was not up to the usual quality. Service is always good and the location is great for gatherings.

Chase is always great with myself and my guests. Very patient, attentive and always talking and making sure that we are taken care of. Great Conversationalist, and he gets them to interact with him. He always finds a commonality and just gets my guests interested in coming back to see him. In fact a lot of my guests always come back and sits in his section. I had great service and food yesterday while sitting at the bar area where Chase was working. he is always so attentive to anyone who needs anything. Always right there. I believe that he is the best server that I have ever had. This is why I always go to Macaroni Grill with my clients. I know that I can concentrate on my business lunch and not worry about anything else. Thank you very much Chase

Our drinks (a beer, ice tea, apple juice) took 20 mins to receive. Even then, the apple juice never came for another 5 mins. We have to remind our server 2XS for the apple juice. One instance she was checking her hair in the mirror while my kid waited for her drink. We ordered a glass of wine and it came in a glass beer cup. Food took an additional 30 mins. We decided to get a headstart on our tab to cash out while we ate. We asked if they had military discount. The waitress wasn’t sure so she asked someone behind her. She said yes. Waitress went back to the mirror to look at herself and come back with our tab with no military discount

Better than an Olive Garden, but nothing to write home about. The service was acceptable, but slow and the food portions are large. Having eaten at other Macaroni Grills, I was a bit disappointed compare to my previous experiences which were "a good and consistent average" Americanize Italian food.

We love Romano's because the food and service are always great and they offer a good variety of dishes to choose from. Every dish we've had has been tasty and perfectly seasoned. The staff is always attentive and genuine. Waaaaay better than Olive Garden:)
