For a chain restaurant, we always have consistently good food. The service was fantastic.
Our service was horrible honestly. We were sat in the bar. To be completely transparent, our waitress had very strong perfume on and it was killing me. My water was never once refilled. Our food was semi okay, not anything to write home about. We actually noticed two other girls requested to move because they were also receiving bad service. I like macaroni grill and I think the food is good typically ... but overall it was disappointing.
Our waitress was really rude. We won't be going back.
Service was great but the food just didn’t taste good. Proper temp but just not tasty.
We were seated immediately and offered a menu. Our server was there promptly and was very, very polite, nice and I could tell she was smiling under her mask. Our stuffed mushroom appetizer was lukewarm and she immediately took it back to be reheated and when they came back, they was as delicious as they always are! We have never had a bad experience at Macaroni Grill and we've been eating at Macaroni Grill since 1991!
We were pleasantly surprised with cleanliness, spacing, temperature checks, and especially our waiter.
Our server Joe was awesome. And the food was really fresh, and well put together. Overall everything was great. Definitely going to be coming back soon.
This is a great place to eat! We have been going to Romano's for years now and the place never disappoints!! The bread is great and the Tomato Soup is fantastic!
Friendly hostess greeted us on arrival she was very welcoming and the food was delicious. I would recommend eating here especially the create your own pasta 🍝
On point. Food was very good. Everyone was friendly. Will def be back!
My party very much enjoyed our dinner experience.
My plate of pasta was $20. That seems crazy. Our appetizer came out with the food.
Romano's service and food is consistently good. We've enjoyed that restaurant for many many years and never disappointed Thanks
Ravioli was dry and barely warm. Chicken parm was over done, bland and sauceless
Great first dining experience since COVID for our family!
The food was fair. The waiter was super attentive and kind.
We enjoyed excellent service, food and wine. They are always consistent in these areas! Even during a Pandemic!!
Food came out quickly and was very good, waiter was very attentive, good atmosphere!
We were seated promptly and the service was very good. Our food was very good and we did not have to wait for it. The side salad was very generous and fresh. We didn't feel rushed. A very good dining experience.
Service was kind of non-existant. Andrew acted like we were more of an inconvenience than customers. I got the mama's trio, the chicken parm was way overcooked, and black, the manager came over, and asked if t he chicken parm was burnt, like he knew it was. He brings me another one, no apology, no real concern, just that I should like it better. For the price, go to Amici's, and save yourself some money, and it tastes way better too.
Great service from Yvette and excellent food. Mushroom appetizer with garlic and olive oil, seafood ravioli were on point. Asparagus stalks were not cooked enough, but that was only issue with whole meal.
The food wasn’t good at all.
In order to be sat at most places, you need a reservation and so my girlfriend and I made one for Valentine's Day here. However, this Macaroni Grill deemed it fair to seat walk-in customers ahead of every customer with a reservation. We made our plans two weeks prior and showed up the night of Valentine's Day with them seating walk-ins ahead of us and telling us we had to wait an hour to be sat (even though that's when the restaurant closed). Completely ruined our Valentine's plans and we had to drive the whole hour and a half back home to find something to eat. Macaroni Grill: respect your customers.
Had a reservation for Valentine’s Day at 7:30pm and had to drive almost an hour to get there. Walk through the door to be told that they where not sure when they could seat us because they have had people that walked in that had been waiting over an hour. Reservations should be pushed ahead of walk ins no matter what, I can understand waiting 15-20 minutes because we had reservations, but over an hour?
terrible service not well ran at all! manager was definitely confused so was the host
No heat. Yes it was cold out. But food delivered room temp or cold. 3 of 4 plates needed to be reheated. We wore coats during dinner.
We waited 65 min for our food. Then another 20 for dessert. You also took eggplant parm off the menu which is why we went there . We had to run and find the server and all she could say was sorry. We had a reservation too
The food was cold and took forever to get.
The meal was messed up when it arrived - extremely cold potatoes, extremely hot vegetables, undercooked steak...
They did, however, offer numerous ways to make it right, and ensured that we were as happy as could be.
The service and attention were fantastic, as was the flavor of everything.
Okay meal. Nothing special but a decent meal and time out.
I had a reservation but when I showed up, they couldn’t find it. Not the end of the world, we still got sat. Our server took minimum 7 minutes before greeting us, which was a little irritating, but he was a decent server. We got stuffed mushrooms and bruschetta. The bruschetta was very good. Lemon butter with the bread was amazing, as always. I always get penne rustica and it was okay, however the chicken had a bit of a funky smell to it, so I didn’t eat the chicken. I don’t know if it was old, but it smelled old, if that makes sense. Overall it was good and we will go back.
Dining at Romanos Macaroni and grill is always amazing , I actually planed our Valentines around the restaurant because is pretty far from us, and they didn't disappoint. It waa great as always.
Other than being seated by a cold window the evening was otherwise perfect! Perfect Valentines Dinner
Our server was absolutely amazing and very attentive. I would go back just because of her alone. The food was excellent. I couldn’t of asked for better service.
Great service. The restaurant was very busy but the staff was on top of it :)
We support this restaurant. Times are difficult and need to be understanding. Waiter was on top of things , but food took one hour to be served. And we understand that now there is in restaurants, take out, and a different named deluvety restaurant being cooked here. Out of control thus way too slow good delivery to the table. This is the second time. Still, we will go back to support in these times.
Would appreciate it if they could note which options are gluten free 😊
Great food! Server was attentive but didn’t hover. Would definitely dine here again.
Big thanks for making my sons birthday rememberable it was a nice perfect birthday dinner! The service was amazing and food was ON POINT!
Great team and highly attentive manager Phil. Super pleasant staff. Excited to be able to go again and soon!
