    Wonderful food and service. The ambiance was very nice and we got to hear Isabela Nanni perform, which totally added to the enjoyment. Who puts salmon on the children's menu; that so surprised us. Our two-year-old loved it! This was our first visit and we had a great time.

    The "music" was terrible and the food even worse. Plus the food was overpriced. I would only recommend Rohr's for the location.

    Rohr's is lovely - we were there over Thanksgiving weekend so the hotel was not as full and Rohr's was not as crowded as it would be on a big game weekend or other big event time in South Bend, but we thought the food, service, and ambience were terrific and we hope to return again and again.

    Thanksgiving Day Dinner was perfect. My party could order off the menu or have graduation turkey. The fish special was sea bass and it was incredible. Turkey dinner was roasted slices of white meat. Perfect with gravy and stuffing. Server was pleasant and engaging. A nice experience.

    We loved this restaurant for lunch on Nov 16th. We had fresh tomato soup with the cheese fondu with pretzels. Had Played Like a Champion cab on both occasions which was good. On Nov 18 went back for dinner. We started with the cheese fondue but this time the pretzels were dry and too garlicky. Also I had a 1/2 chopped salad which was very good but the grilled chicken on top was cold and not that tender. Maybe it was supposed to be chilled but not what I was expecting.

    Food and service was excellent as usual. Our table for ten was prepared at the time of our reservation. The table was spacious and comfortable. Petra our principal server and her colleagues were engaging and highly efficient. Our experience was superb in every way!

    Really just average experience. Food is ok at best. Love the atmosphere. Outdoor patio is the best in the area for a cocktail. Bar is really nice.

    Everything would’ve been a five except the Coffee wasn’t hot and our food was not hot. I’m not saying the food was cold, but it was definitely not hot and you could tell it might’ve been sitting there a while. Service was good. And food was tasty.

    The service was the best. Rohr's has gotten awfully loud. I wish there were quieter sections. Perhaps use baffles. The food is good, but the prices are way too high.

    We never miss a chance to have a fantastic dinner at Rohr’s when we are on campus at ND. The serving staff is friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. It is a popular spot so we do often have trouble getting a dinner table when we want and for the number of people we need. Big groups beware - there are only a couple of tables that can accommodate you.

    Rohr’s is my favorite restaurant when visiting our son- can’t beat the location and the staff routinely goes out of their way to make guests feel welcome. The food is consistent, the menu offers something for everyone and the atmosphere is cozy.

    The only recommendation that I would make is to vary the menu a little more. I realize it was a football weekend game, but a little variety would be good. Otherwise the food was great and we look forward to lunching there prior to a Notre Dame win! Go Irish!!
