   This was my 3rd time at RockHouse Southern Kitchen: But the first time during the daytime. The first 2 times was on the Friday Night Live R&B Music. I brought my cousin visiting from Dallas the 1st time we had a Blast. The 2nd time was with someone I knew for years that came to visit from Atlanta and we not only had a Blast, but he still talks about that night. This 3rd time was the 1st time I went to a RockHouse Sunday Brunch. Celebrating my daughter's last weekend in her Birthday Month Celebration I wanted to bring her and my granddaughter to experience what I had the first 2 times. Unfortunately the experience wasn't what I had received previously. To make a long story short: The Parking was terrible, need more space for parking. After we were seated I had to chase down the waiter after several others said I'll get your waiter 30 minutes before getting anything. They brought the food out and didn't bring utensils took chasing someone down to get those. Barely seen our waiter. I had to even chase our waiter down for the check, which the whole process took about 30 minutes because she kept getting sidetracked. I previously was going to get something to go, but after our experience I immediately canceled that thought. I did call for the manager, which came over and I expressed the dissatisfaction of this visit compared to the previous 2 and it wasn't as crowded in the place as it was on my other visits. After talking to the Manager I asked her what can she do to accommodate since the 2 hours reservation for our table we spent 1 hour of it experiencing such bad service. The manager removed the gratuity from the check. Which I believe was fair. So I'll be going back again, but only on a Friday Night.

   They just need more staff but overall I would go again. Upset because I wasn’t notified about the brunch buffet not happening. But other than that experience was cool.

   WOW!!! We booked our reservation about 7 weeks ago . Only to our surprise, there was a “conflict “ in scheduling. Bryant , Spencer , and the BEAUTIFUL chocolate classy doll at the establishment were AMAZING. On the other hand WHOMEVER, this “promoter “ with no top teeth is who WAS BULLYING people at the door is not a TRUE BUSINESS PERSON or INFLUENTIAL MAN in the HOUSTON AREA. He kept physically placing his hands on people as they were a member of our party . My guest were UPSET due to this partnership. Please DO NOT EVER PARTNER/ COLLABORATE with him if you want to have a reputation that matters .

   The place is very nostalgic. The food was great. We had the Soul Rolls, wings, oxtails, Mac & cheese, burger and the chicken salad. Everything was very tasty. I personally didn't like my seats. The chairs were too tall and the noise level was deafening. If you're looking for a quiet romantic evening with mellow music, this isn't the place for you. It's personality is in the name: ROCKHOUSE! This place was rockin' harder than hard. It's a VERY, very lively experience.

   Good times! Staff is super friendly and attentive! This was my second experience at Rockhouse and I definitely recommend! My only suggestion would be better ranch and the fans were messing up our hookah.

   I was a bit taken aback with the purse check as I entered and my significant other being patted down. The service and food were subpar, but the ambiance was nice. I enjoyed the violinist!

    I love it here! My go to place just to get out the house. But I am disappointed that they took all the biggest hits off the menu. But nevertheless it’s still a great place to chill and eat and enjoy
