   We live on the ranch and are here often. We live the scenic view of the golf course with the mountans and trees in the background.

   The ordered lemon drop had no lemon. The bartender tried 3 times with simple sugar and alcohol - no lemon. Wine was the eventual option. Our server disappeared. When we went hunting for him and our nachos after 45 minutes, he appeared out of the kitchen wide eyed. The restaurant was only 1/2 full so that was not the problem. As the five of us were walking out after an hour, we were told our order was on the way and they couldn't understand why it and the nachos did not appear in a timely manner. The dinner was not charged for which we were grateful, but the lack of service and lousy bar abilities was so upsetting that we will not be back. BTW, similar service was had last year.

   Waiter was a little overworked. He was as engaging as he could be on a Summer Saturday night. This restaurant needed a little more help it seemed. The food is amazing. One of the best fish and chips ever. Thanks we will be back!!!!!

   Our whole experience at Robert’s Pub was wonderful! It has a nice atmosphere, the waitress had a great sense of humor, she was excellent and thorough at her job and she checked in to make sure all was well appropriately....(not too much nor too little). The food was also excellent, the portions were generous, but didn’t overwhelm. All in all very impressed and definitely will be back!

   The view is stunning if you're on the patio, but inside won't get you the view. We had good food and good service, but it's expensive for an evening out that isn't a date-night.

   Have been there many times as we live in the area. But, this was a very unpleasant experience and the food was disappointing for the whole table. Unfortunately, we won't be going back.

   Our experience is what I'd have to chalk up to a "green" staff who is trying to find their footing at the start of a probable busy summer. The hostess who greeted us was the best part of our evening. Although friendly, the waiter acted like he hadn't waited tables very long and seemed overwhelmed by the amount of customers he had. The food was very mediocre with the kitchen getting my wife's salad wrong. My Penne Bolagnees was very bland. I might try it again for a lunch, but definitely not again for dinner. Lakeside Bistro has better food if you're confined to Black Butte and can't get into Sisters.
