very expensive to be honest not very good in value
Service was very quick! Really enjoyed the food, the spicy tuna roll was delicious.
Nothing but praise.
Alexander is a fabulous waiter with great humour.
The staff was really nice and me and my guests really enjoyed our stay at robata. The food was absolutely amazing we really ate more than we had expected and the staff was so nice. I would love to come again for another event.
Superb cocktails, who knew sparkling sake was a thing - slips down a treat. The food was sublime - snow crab, prawn, squid - fresh and wonderful. Lamb skewer succulent but wouldn't have the port skewer again and rather chewy but the pork gyoza was stunning. Will definitely be back - lovely sitting outside on a summers evening.
The food was absolutely divine but they were super busy so we had to wait a while to be served during the evening.
Food was excellent. However the service charge was too high in comparison to the hospitality we received.
Highly recommend the aubergine, iberico skewers.
Squid was a bit too fried for my personal liking.
Sushi was very nice.
Tried almost everything! It was recommended to me and it was absolutely amazing.
Food is AMAZING! The fried chicken bao buns in particular are amazing.
Great meal. Really lovely food with excellent service
Tasty Japanese in the heart of Soho. Great sushi, good service, well worth a visit.
Lovely summer eatery. Came for a birthday dinner with a friend. Sat in the gazebo outside it was lovely. Service was superb, staff very friendly and nice. The manager was lovely too. Food is delicious. Sushi was great and you have to try the bao buns and truffle fries. Next time want to try the skewers too!
Best Japanese in town
Great Japanese food in a great setting. Love it. Always come here if in London.
Carlos our server was 10/10
Would recommend to anyone
Our waitress, Lanna, made our night. Food was fresh and tasty whilst music was just right.
Everything was very good, only to noisy.
Our waiter was awesome made good recommendations and was funny.
Music/playlist was tip top.
Cocktails, different but nice and thats
what you want.
I booked a surprise date for me and my girlfriend and we loved it! Everything was perfect. A very happy girlfriend and somewhere we will be telling our friends to visit. We will 100% be returning!
It was really really loud so I found it difficult to hear my friends and hold a conversation. The food was great but our food didn't come out all together so we ended up waiting ages to actually eat. I'd go again but ask to sit outside and be clear that we want everything at the same time as we were all paying separately.
Had a really nice time. The food was great and the staff were lovely.
Most of the food was tasty but not mind blowing for the prices. The miso aubergine was a highlight, really tender and delicious!
Lovely restaurant! The miso aubergine and hay flamed beef were superb. Will be back again for sure.
Everything was perfect. My only reason for not giving 5 stars on service is because I ordered off the Pre-Theatre menu and only realised after I left that I was due a glass of wine which was not offered.
Wow, I’ve been to a lot of Japanese restaurants and never really put a review but this one made me take time out of my day to give one!
Excellent food, excellent service.
Amazing food and beverage! The space and atmosphere really elevated at same time comfortable. Will definitely come back .
Good food, great location. Recommend for sharing in a group.
We found it quite expensive for 2 people. Not many vegan options, When we asked we were told to go for vegetarian option .
Super friendly staff and great food! A few vegan options which were good, would like to see a few more!
waited almost an hour for our food
serving is too small
even the beer took 20mins to be served
i do not recommend it
Great food and service. Would definitely recommend
It was really delicious. Excellent service. Really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere
Lovely meal and service would definatly return when next in london
Friendly staff and great atmosphere. Unfortunately when we were there, a loud table beside us, so was annoying. But the food is great and recommend the tasting menu and the Nartu!
The food and staff were amazing. The noise level ruined it for us though. A combination of insanely loud table of 6, speaker music and noises from the bar (cocktail shakers, ice crushing etc.) made the experience quite hard to enjoy.
If you are after a quiet place to have food and conversation, you may need to pick up less popular time slot.
Again, food was great and staff were very friendly and attentive so my rating’s based mostly on noise level.
Lovely restaurant and great service.
The taster menu is fantastic value too.
Such a nice vibe with the outdoor dining. Lovely staff, quick service and great food! Will definitely be back!
Was seated outside and the servers were really polite and friendly despite it being really busy. Food was absolutely gorgeous and beautifully presented. Drinks were lovely and refreshing and had a wide variety of cocktails. Can’t wait to visit again and enjoy the amazing food !
