   First time there and went for happy hour. Had the lycheetini (very fun drink) and sake. Delicious!! Ate edamame with garlic butter. Have to get all that butter; so good! Also had nigiri, crispy rice with ahi, 2 types of gyoza, sliders. The pork gyoza in broth, nigiri and sliders would make me go back. Finished with sweet potato dessert. 😋 Our server, Sabrina, was very sweet to fix our wobbly table. I didn’t even notice but she did. Can’t wait to go back.

   Robata Jinya offers some of the most delicious and unique Japanese food you could ever find in Honolulu. Beautiful ambience coupled with excellent service elevate the total dining experience even further. I would highly recommend you experience this great restaurant for yourself as I’m sure you will enjoy it! Great place to impress your guests.

   Nothing really great…. Bad service 5 in our group, we ordered separately some items were the same so they brought it to our table on the same plate and didn’t explain that. So while the person they placed the plate in front of ate , everyone else is waiting for their order…. a SO WE ENDED UP REORDERING and ended paying more…. If you go to Jinya in Japan you will get your order on your plate served to you not everyone else We ordered drinks and it took so long to get them….

   Kenneth provided great service to us!! But we stayed there for 3 hours too long for our 10 course Omakase. The food was coming in every 20-30 minutes so there was a lot of waiting.

   Wow. Probably the best sushi meal I have ever enjoyed. We shared a few rolls including the Lime and King of Toro roll as well as the Garlic Edamame - ALL were delicious! Will definitely be back to enjoy again.

   First time at the Robata Jinya. We were immediately seated and our waitress was really pleasant. She was attentive the whole time we were there. The food was absolutely delicious. The ambience was great. We got to try both happy hour items and non happy hour items. I definitely enjoyed it. I can't wait to come back

   The whole experience was lovely and the premium omakase was exquisite. Our server Kenny (I think that was his name) was very sweet as well as all the staff, and we appreciated the sparkler he brought at the end to celebrate our special occasion. We enjoyed it so much we were the last ones to leave! That was my first time there and what brought us in was seeing Instagram foodie influencer Townie Tay on a video as she promoted her experience having the signature omakase. Can’t wait to go back soon! Mahalo for a magical experience. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   The sushi chefs were amazing! Amazing service from the sushi chefs as we sat at the bar. Our server was not that great, disappeared after dropping us the menu as we wanted to order more things after we finished with the omakase. Our sushi chef noticed we were waiting and kept looking back for the server, he assisted with getting a staff to help us. Besides that the food was chefs kiss! Great ambience, the restaurant looked modern. Definitely would go back, although the service could be better at a nice place like this.

    Drink selections is decent . I had the Japanese old fashioned and my date had the lychee tini. Presentations on drinks and dessert is over the top lol California dynamite was ono . Would recommend this for more of an happy hour spot instead of a date night
