The food is amazing - probably some of the tastiest burgers, wings, ribs, slaw and chips I have had. The great food was matched only by the service of the staff - I query whether the older men were owners, because that was the kind of feel. The attentiveness was akin to white linen fine-dining but without the stiffness. Great venue for a boys night out, though my wife and daughter would likely want to muscle in on the action. I’ll be back to try their tomahawk.

Music too loud , tacos too big , and overall the food wasnt good. The smell inside the restaurant wasnt pleasant too.

Roast Republic has a great upbeat vibe & delicious food!! Every one of the staff that we met were incredibly happy & fun, this made the place so nice to be in. We ordered a big platter to share with an array of meats & sauces, it was hard to finish because it was huge, but hard to stop eating because it was so good!! The desert menu looked so tasty, but we couldn’t fit it in, so we’ll be back to try the pecan & apple pie.

Best place recommend by Google for big group. Hosted my birthday event there for 10 people. Their $75pp Texan Share had the most tender, delicious meat ever! Definitely worth the price. I highly recommend this restaurant!
