   It was one of the best dining experiences I have had in a long time. The, server was very knowledgeable and personable. Everything we ordered was amazing. There are so many more items on the menu we want to try, we will definately be back.

   Loved the liveliness / decor of the place. Small seating area but that is not a deterrent. For any large group, it will be challenging to enjoy personal space and conversations. The server was very professional and nice. The location is really nice with public parking, right next door. Very convenient (Monroe public parking opposite to Devos). On the not so good side - had requested a small surprise (of something) as a key group member was celebrating their birthday at Roam. Mentioned it in the booking / to the usher as we were being seated. Was assured it will be taken care of yet, completely overlooked. It would have been nice if the team was upfront and called out that it is not possible. Also a lower start for food for flavor and taste. We have been to Roam on numerous occasions and the food was nice, but not so this time around. We built up the expectations and our birthday person was really disappointed, to the extent they stated, they wished we had gone to a different restaurant.

We truly regret missing the opportunity to celebrate your guest’s birthday in the way you had requested. That’s not the level of attentiveness we strive for. We’re taking this as a reminder to improve communication within our staff. Unfortunately, we no longer provide complimentary birthday desserts. Instead we offer a $10 discount through our loyalty program, that is automatically added onto your account during your birthday month. As for the food, we're equally sad to hear it wasn't up to par this time around. We appreciate your loyalty & would love to make things right.

   Our reservation for 12:30 today gave us plenty of time to eat and attend our Broadway 2 p.m curtain time. Food was delicious and service was great. We enjoy coming here before any event happening at DeVos.We like the food , nice staff and easy access to DeVos.

   Once again we had a great experience at Roam. Food was delicious ! The drink menu changed since our last visit and so I tried a new one . It was one with Lychee in it and had that yummy foam on top . Definitely would order it again Perfect spot to eat before our show at DeVos.

   Roam has such a fun menu, and I’ve to have anything that wasn’t delicious. It the perfect location for dinner before a show at Devos, but because of that you have to get reservations in advance if it’s a show night.

   The food and service is always superb. But, the music is so loud, you can’t hear or carry a conversation.
