   My wife and I had a great time. The music was awesome, and the views of the city were spectacular. Would classify this as a must do if you visit New Orleans.

   What a wonderful evening! We purchased the cruise, dinner and the drink package to celebrate a birthday. After dinner we went to the open air deck, listened to the jazz band and had view of the New Orleans skyline! The only thing I would do differently, is to have been on the outside deck at 7pm (when the boat left) to get a good photo of the church and square.

   This was quite the dining experience! I was initially concerned due to COVID 19, but the warm friendly staff put us at ease. The food was delicious and the drinks were generous. It was great seeing the city lights as we floated by. We had a great date night! I would suggest it to anybody.

   My wife and I was totally disappointed. When I search through a open Table, I passed on many great restaurants and decided to chose Riverboat. What I spent on this dining experience I could have received a much better experience at many of the restaurants in this city. The food was horrible!! The food appeared to be prepared hours in advance, warmed in a microwave and serve to the patrons. I don’t understand how Riverboat offered this sub-quality of food at such a expensive price. After paying parking and after tipping our waitress, I spent about $150 on a meal that was worth about $20. This was suppose to be a special night for my wife but it was a total let down. I would love to speak to someone associated with Riverboat.

   Completely misleading.. I was under the impression I got a dinner package. I had a reservation at 7pm just to findout there’s no dinner at all but it was unlimited drinks. I paid $150.00 for a drink on the riverboat. Awful!!

We understand your feedback, even though the description of the event stated the fees were for admission and open bar, when booking a reservation on Open Table we can see how you would assume that the meal is included. For all future guests, meals will be included in ALL Open Table reservations and menus will be posted.
