   Luca bartender was perfect and the drinks and food recommendation made the night so special.

   The food was great but the service wasn't. We weren't served water even though we asked for it. Our pizza came with ham even though we had requested it not to have the ham topping. And a couple of other instances where we felt our table was neglected.

   I booked for a valentines dinner and called the Covent Garden resturant earlier in the week to make sure the full menu would be available in addition to to set menu as my girlfriend is vegetarian. On the night the manager told us that it wasn’t available and he appeared reluctant to give us the full menu but after explaining he did. After this the whole timing of the evening was off, the the service was late and the food was served warm instead of hot. Our mains were served to the table next to us, then after they realised there mistake they re-served from one table to another. Also our drinks took forever to arrive. The manger serving us smelled so strongly of cigarettes it put me off desert. Lastly the lighting could have been way better given the interior design, it seemed like it was stuck in service mode and very bright for an evening romantic meal. Potential for a nice here but unfortunately we had a largely underwhelming experience.

   Me and my partner didn’t like set menu for valentine but the manager made it us by making the chef serve us from the a la carte and saved our night. Thank you to him

   As soon as we walked in the customer service was amazing! Although there weren't as many starter options as we would have liked we had a great time at this beautiful restaurant! The staff were so lovely I've told my parents to go!

   Poorly made food, no ambiance, very limited wine list and out of the Chianti at 7pm on a Friday! Attempted to remedy the issues with food by offering free dessert which also tasted bad.

   We had cocktails and pizza which may not sound exciting but the toppings were unusual and the cocktails twists on classics. Gorgeous decor too
