For a more private dining experience, we are happy to serve your meal in the comfort of your own room or on your private balcony.
Outside of trouble with our reservation, service was great.
The food is amazing! The executive chef is from Sundance and his menu is very diverse. Some Asian influences but don’t let that fool you; its continental cuisine at its finest. And ask for Reggie to wait on you. Arguably the best waiter up the mountain.
Broken funicular, not restaurant’s fault but added 40 minute wait, arrived late. Asked for outdoor table, hostess said no, and looked as though the request were an affront to polite society, a denigration of the social contract. Of course after consulting the Oracle of Deer Valley, we were seated outside by the service door, next to a dog watering bowl, barely a view. No heat lamps. Champagne came out not chilled, sat in ice bucket whilst we longingly wistfully stared at it for 30 min. Food, vastly underwhelming especially for the price point (almost 500 with tip for 3 people - at least I think we are people and not Untouchables, you’re a better man than I am Gunga Din). Oh Rime, you have descended into Grime, try again your hardest and maybe you’ll be Prime.
A group of six of us ate here. We would never go back again. Two of the steaks were cold and they re-cooked them and it ended up in a 3 and 1/2 hour ordeal of torture. The server was very nice they are clearly short-staffed. My wife's me al was solid but everyone else felt like the food was cold or medium warm at best. Should not happen in an expensive restaurant. Hopefully they will solve the issues because it is a lovely location.
Excellent food
It was delicious
Especially elk meat balls
Service was terrible , it took 25 mins to get to the restaurant from the funicular.
Ordered 3 steaks all medium well and all three came out rare and cold! Our server was no where to be found our entire meal. Our drinks were never filled until we were done with our meal. We sat outside which was gorgeous but it got cold since we were out there an hour longer then anticipated because service was so bad and slow. There was no lighting outside so we could barely see. Asked for hot cocoa, it came 40 minutes later after we had gotten up to leave. This used to be J&G grill and I booked it all the time for other people. This is now called RIME and is under different management, chefs and servers and NOT worth your time or money. You would be better off going to Ruth’s Chris.
Glenn was the man! We loved his vibe and had such a memorable evening!
Lamb was delicious. Great service.
Wonderful food, great service! Excellent steak and fresh halibut! Loved everything about this place. One of the best meals I’ve had in a while. Highly recommend!
The service and food was excellent. Although the pricing is a bit high, the food and ambience was worth the cost. Great location too!
Filet was melt in your mouth, served hot. Cream corn was to die for. My husband had the pork chops, excellent flavor. The service was good, and suggestions made were a real help in selecting our menu choices. Plenty of food. We had Three sides, but two would have been plenty for four. The chocolate flourless cake was the best we have had. The evening was great, especially the ambience of St Regis.
The service was wonderful. Tables were appropriately far apart because of Covid-19. My only concern was that the mixed Butter served with rolls was overly salty.
Lovely waitress and beautiful ambiance. But our food was really cold. It’s way too expensive to have sub-par food.
Do not wish to write review Thank you

Had a great dinner at RIME. Food was delicious and service was excellent. Plenty of room for social distancing. Great view as well. Will come back soon.
Best food I have ever had!!!! Amazing seafood !!! Seating outside is wonderful!!!
Breakfast at Rime was delightful. The food and service was excellent. My server was friendly and personable.
The dinner at Rime was not as enjoyable. The host and server were not friendly and the service was horrible. The cocktails were very good and the food was nicely prepared.
I made the reservation more than a week in advance and requested outdoor seating. We arrived exactly on time for our reservation and we were brought to a table in the dark dining room, where one other party was dining, which we politely declined. We had to wait more than 20 minutes for an outdoor table. I asked why there was not a table outside and was told they were first come first serve. In these times of COVID it can make a difference as to if one wants to eat at a restaurant knowing if they can be outside or not. So, in my view it is a rather important specification. In the meantime the host offered us beer or wine which we accepted, but then were charged for this on our bill, which I felt was a little tacky. Once we got seated, there was a screaming toddler at the next table which was not ideal. Beyond that the table service, food, and ambiance (beautiful mountain views) were really quite terrific. In my view, this is a very expensive restaurant and everything should be absolutely perfect, to command the top dollar prices. I am happy to pay to have this experience, but anything short of it, makes me question as to when we might next return.
View is amazing. Service was on pointe but a bit impersonal. We celebrated mother daughter birthdays and we didn’t get any celebratory vibe from our waiter nor any birthday treatments. Foods in general very salty even though I asked for no salt. Waiter said it was pre-made. Desserts and the deer vallet mountain views were worth a first time visit.
This used to be the J &G Grill. That food was worth the drive and the money. This food seemed just average. Nothing special. When your paying this much my expectations were higher. I was surprised there was no bread basket, and the dessert was sub-standard. The salmon was perfect, and beautifully balanced with the flavors. Our server was incredible, I was very impressed with all the staff.
A group of four senior ladies enjoyed a birthday dinner because of the
1. Exceptional attention to health and safety for guests (COVID 19) -- even steering wheel cover in parking
2. Wait staff was attentive, courteous and friendly -- could not ask for more - one team delivered food and another cleared it away so no cross contamination concerns
3. Wonderful food - butter biscuits are sinful!
4. Magnificent scenery
Thank you all - you lived up to your reputation!!
Staff seemed to be overwhelmed. Service was slow. Food was great. Wine list didn’t match what was available.
We stayed at the St Regis so, for evening of arrival, it was a natural. It was pleasant, food very good, and service good. I ski Deer Valley for a month, so will revisit Rime this winter. Park City has some very good places to eat. I put this easily in the top 10.
Very romantic! Nice and quite but remember your in the mountains and you might want to bring a light sweater.
We did not have a terrible experience here. The food was fine, our server was great. We went knowing it was crazy expensive, even for Park City, but expecting a beautiful view and setting. No outdoor seating for our party of 6. A very basic Marriott looking hotel dining room. Just nothing special. Main dishes were good. But side dishes were ridiculously overpriced and SMALL. We live in Dallas so we know steak houses. Family style sides that feed a few people are normal. But honestly like 14.00 for 1/4 cup of potatoes is beyond. We all just kinda felt like because it was they St Regis they thought they were special...but it just wasn’t. It was an underwhelming experience, so would not go back. Too many other great restaurants in Park City with great food and views! If you want a view at St Regis dine at the terrace there! It was lovely.
I was a little skeptical about coming here in account of the bad reviews, but I’m so glad I did. Everything was out of this world, from the service to the food to the ambience. I could go on and on, but I’ll just tell you about the Bloody Mary. Every st Regis hotel has their own version of the Bloody Mary cocktail, and this one is fabulous. It’s kind of different but delicious. Our wonderful waiter even told us the story behind it. All in all everything was fabulous. It could not have been better. I would recommend this to anyone.
Wine was very expensive. All entrees was ala crate and very expensive especially for the quality of the meat. Elk was not edible, very tough, but was taken off our bill. The rib eye was average, very fatty not just marbled. The creamed corn was excellent. Management acknowledged our unhappiness and gave us a complimentary dessert (lava cake) and it was wonderful. Our waitress was very accommodating and efficient.
Steak was good , sides except for potatoes were over seasoned . Truffle fries were way over seasoned.
Desert was very disappointing!!
There was no ambience. !!!
Room was cold and IUninviting not where I would spend that kind of money for dinner again. It was a special occasion and I was a little embarsed.
Food was excellent. Service was even better. View was amazing!
While the patio view is nice, the restaurant lacks ambiance to warrant its exorbitant menu prices. Worn wooden patio tables are not what one would expect. Menu selection was lacking and taste wasn’t in line with high prices.
Great view sitting outside. Appreciate they took a little extra time with the main course, as Executive Chef was personally handling quality control out of the kitchen
Way over priced for what you get. Crab toast tasted like fake crab. Very small seafood menu for a “seafood restaurant”. I would have preferred to take the $200+ we spent down to Main Street.
Amazing food. Very poor service but I give them a pass because of the short staffing. Waiter was good but had a lot of tables.
Bad service time and time again. I love the St. Regis but tonight was the last time we eat at Rime. Food is fine but the sevice is painful.
Exceptional service in a great environment and-- as always-- great food.
First time to dine at St Regis, since name change of restaurant and new menu.
Arrived for our 7pm reservation and had quite a long wait to get wine list etc. There was also a very long wait between the appetizers and entrees. We shared the tuna tartare and elk meatballs. We ordered trout and halibut as entrees, which finally arrived about 9.
Waitstaff seemed very busy and appeared to need more help. Our waiter told us that they only had one kitchen open, (the reason for the long wait times) a small wedding and a very busy indoor dining area as well.
The food was great but the wait time between arrival and actually eating was just too long. Would consider returning just not anytime soon.
I hate to complain during these times but for a $300 meal
It was not great. Considering it is a steakhouse, you should check to see if the temperature is what the customer ordered as soon as it is placed down. My husband had a medium rare filet that was cooked to welldone. We were all half was thru our meals before the waiter came back to check on things. We sent to steak back as that temperature is not even edible . It took a good 20 minutes or more to get his steak back (which should have been expedited). We were still charged full freight for our meal (which again you want to be sensitive to these times) but the very least should have added a complimentary desert and coffee service
Asked for outside seating and was told they could only seat 4 people. They seated us inside and sat a group of 6 outside. Food was only luke warm which was really disappointing for the price paid.. Poor hostess communication. Server took a long time to return to table once we were seated. Would not eat here again. Too many places in Park City that serve better food and more reasonable prices AND we can sit outside
We are frequent visitors to Park City, but this was our first time at Rime. We really enjoyed the meL and the service was very professional. We will be back.
