Worst weekend sport experience in a first world country. Booked a table online and paid in advance for table for football on a Saturday. The match I requested to see was not on the TV I sat across from. The manager said he would change the channel and radio to someone but this was never changed. Upon entering the Sports bar I was asked to pay more cash. When I said I had paid in advance I was made wait for some time until a man approached with a list. I told the man my name and he checked the list and couldn't find my name. He checked again and still couldn't find my name. He questioned me if I had paid in advance and I said yes. Asked for proof and then I looked at the list and my name was there and he realised he was an idiot. Then we were told to wait until the manager came to find a table for us, as it seemed the table I had paid for a week in advance wasn't ready yet for the specified time 45 minutes before kickoff. Finally we were seated at a table which we were meant to dine at. The table looked like a tacky one at a cheap club and the height of a coffee table. I had booked for 8 people but this table could only hold four! Only 2 of those seats were in view of a screen. Everyone else had to sit on the floor or stand to watch the football. Food was mediocre and had no service to my table. Staff were rather aggressive at door and the pseudo-manager in charge of the list was extremely rude. Worst service I have ever received in the United Kingdom. Would never go back even if you paid me!

If you are a group of males then a lot of bars aren't very welcoming. This place is very good for this. We had wings which were good value and spicy ones were what they said on the tin! Could have been a little less sauce though.

The interior was worn and tired. The hot dog was inedible. I left it after one bite. The burger was similarly poor. The fries were cold and tasted like cardboard. The ONLY reason to go to this place is if you want to watch a live football match. But eat somewhere else first.

Booked a table, when I arrived I was told iI hadn't booked a table. Waitress and manager very rude. Tried to use the Riley's Haymarket App. Was told they don't use it. Why is there an app specifically for that restaurant if they don't use it ? Ordered a burger, requested no mayonnaise as my friend is allergic. The burger came with mayonnaise. Orders a gin and tonic water. Received a gin and lemonade. Horrible service. Would not recommend

brllliant setting to watch a football match, eat dinner & drink beer. Which is exactly what I did! The setting is excellent with many TV's all around, so wherever you sit, you get a really good view of a match. I booked a table for 6 of us & the whole atmosphere was great. I'll definatly go back to watch another Champions League match 😊

OK, it's a sports bar - I get it. But it was packed solid, service was slow and as soon as the game stopped they started serving just bottles. Go figure.

First time i went and i booked a table to watch the man united game with a friend. They brought our food and showed the game with no sound! Really? A sports bar that plays FA cup ties with no sound, because its "friday night" so they play music instead. No. You are not a sports bars that is so misleading. They moved us upstairs out of out booth and onto the not so private bar to eat. Steak was yummy but ribs made me feel ill, not well done and they slapped the bbq sauce on after. Quite disappointed i wont be going there again. I had to ask the manager to turn the volume up on the tv.-_____-

Went to specifically watch the FA cup match on a Friday evening. Had to ask the staff 5 times for the TV at the end of table to be changed from the African Cup to the FA Cup game, missing the first minutes of the game. At this time the DJ started playing a set downstairs .. Presuming no commentary then for the matches?? Only at this time we were told there is the game also being shown upstairs with commentary. Missed the first 10 minutes of the game whilst moving and finding a new table etc. Immediately after the final whistle all channels were changed to another sports channel with the end of a rerun of an old boxing fight ...not showing any of the goals or post match review. The bar staff seemed surprised and slow to act when we asked to change it back. Considering we were there 30 minutes before kick off, and was in a specific sports bar I expected better service from the staff and more focus on sports. Will not return again!
