    First time visiting. Choose rooftop dining. Really nice view of Pittston and the river. Our server was excellent, attentive but not intrusive. Food was very good as was the Rasberry Lemon Drop martini. We had the coconut shrimp, meatballs, Brussels sprouts, and roasted potatoes. Can’t wait to visit and try the main dining room and the speakeasy.

    This was our first time. It was our anniversary and let me tell you... the kindness we received from everyone we came in contact with was outstanding! I wish I could remember our waitress because she was the most sweetest person! We also went up to the speak easy and holy wow! This was outstanding and the drink selection was on point!

    First time here. Fabulous place. Rooftop dining was so enjoyable..in the sun till it set, beautiful views of mountains and river. Quality to every detail from food to service to furnishings. The sea bass was exceptional. A definite keeper..we will be back.

    We dined at the roof top bistro. The Tapas menu was awesome. The Burrata bar is an awesome idea. We shared Lobster Ravioli with bearnaise sauce - best lobster ravioli I have ever eaten. Topped off with the Lemon Mascapon cake. DELIGHTFUL. The atmosphere is wonderful particularly as the sun sets - you would never know you were in northeast PA. Definitely worth a look. This is a keeper.

    Great to see a fun restoration project. Dinner was delicious- wonderful environment. The icing on the cake was listening to the Frost Duo upstairs in the SpeakEasy after dinner. Highly recommend.

    The setting and service was excellent. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Restaurant on the first floor was very high class. Level 2 was a very nice piano bar. Level 2 was a bit dark, but other than that a very unique good experience. The roof top restaurant has a slightly more limited menu, but excellent food none the less. Only downside i would have to say is the price of a glass of wine versus the quality.

    Main dining was crammed and decor was strange. I ordered Ceasar salad it tasted sour to much vinegar. I also ordered eggplant which was ok. My ordered salmon which was great. Our waitress was great. Over all for 2 entrées, one n/A beer and dessert $80 not worth quality of food.

    Rooftop venue in NEPA! We came with really high hopes. Things started out well - downstairs greeter met us and escorted us to the elevator. Table was ready for us, with a nice view. However, almost immediately the noise level felt like an assault - there was a loud group next to us, but even they were yelling because the ambient noise was so high. Must be the acoustics. Strawberry sangria tasted like cool aid and was served in a coffee pot. Food wasn’t bad and server was attentive. 3% markup for using credit card!!?? We might go back and try the downstairs restaurant or lounge some time (seemed serene to us on the way out) but would skip the rooftop.

    This continues to be one of the finest restaurants in NEPA, in our opinion. We had Chilean Seabass and pan-fried cod filet as entrees, the latter off the specials menu. For appetizers escargot, and oysters. Everything was flawlessly prepared. We will be back.

    Servings of small plates are a bit larger than what a typical tapas is, which is a better bang for your buck. Food is well thought out and very good. We have been there several times and love the ambience, creative food and outstanding service

    We dined on the roof. We specified rooftop dining when we made the reservation. Though it was hot and sunny, we enjoyed the experience. Dinners were excellent. Also, the restaurant had a list of wines for $30/bottle to celebrate their anniversary. Of course, we chose one from that list. It was a good value, and we enjoyed it. Yes, we'll go again.

    Everything was very nice except for the “specialty drinks”. Both my wife and I got sick from them. If not for that then it would have been a little better evening. Will dine there again just not ordering that drink anymore.

    Not being from Pa, I’ve been somewhat disappointed by the lack of restaurants like this one. I’ve heard the owner has several establishments so we plan to try them all. The roof is an amazing place to eat and there are amazing views. Absolutely Michelin Star class!! This could have been a $300 dinner for two but it was only $170 for two, with four delicious mixologist grade cocktails, Tiramasu dessert, and three entrees. Is now one of our favorite places in town! Superb bartender, superb waitstaff.

    Our first experience in dining at Rikasa. Found it very enjoyable. Appetizers and main course savory; presentation outstanding; attention by staff exceptional; Gin & tonics served in applicable glasses; after-dinner drinks on roof-top bar made for a great evening!

    We have eaten here many times and last night was the last time. Our waitress “Alexis” was a real pro. She realized we were not happy and did whatever she could to make it right As for the food, we’ll, all I can say is NOT GOOD..!! I started with French Onion soup. It’s the first time in my life I had FO soup and it was SWEET…. I could understand it being salty but never sweet. It was inedible. Then I ordered a panko crusted chicken cutlet. The presentation was just ok, but IT HAD NO TASTE. I switched to a chicken parm. I knew I was in trouble when it came with mashed potatoes. Again, no taste, chicken was dry and the was hardly any sauce. The last straw was the price. I am happy to pay higher prices for quality food and service. In this case I am quite upset at the price and lack of flavor in my food. I believe that since the Friedman group took this restaurant over, it has gone downhill very quickly. We won’t be back…!!!

    My husband's filet was not cooked to his liking, nor was it seasoned. He said that his entire meal was very bland. I had the seabass. Next time I would appreciate more seabass and much much less arugula. It was more like an arugula salad with a small amount of seabass in it, although the seabass was seasoned nicely. My husband's drink also came with a bug in it. The service was good and the atmosphere was nice, but I don't think we will be eating at Rikasa again.

    Food was well cooked, well portioned, entrees well seasoned. We got the wrong check…. 3 times, paid someone else’s bill. When we got there we weren’t able to put in appetizers as they wanted our full order (sure no problem). Works well for the kitchen but probably not for big groups. We didn’t get food for almost an hour. Got my drink after about 30 mins from sitting down. Sat at the table near the front door, was smoking unwillingly all night with the bar guests who frequented the smoking area right next to my table. Nice people though, made some friends. Spiders outside, spiders everywhere. Smart ones threading huge webs over the large light posts. Probably great for National Geographic but not for the guests sitting directly beneath them. Overall, you should probably go to this place. It’s good, sit inside or go on a weekday and sit on the patio. Check your bill, twice. Look up if you’re outside. We’ll likely be back, but it may take some time.

    Got there early to head to the rooftop for a drink closed for a party, calamari was awful ordered a steak way below par for the price not a good grade, usually the place is pretty good don't know what happened

    We had reservations. When we got there they put us at a table that was so small in an isle way people kept bumping in my arm. You literally only had room on the table for two drinks. The entire time we were there we noticed so many acalable tables. Waut staff was good. My steak was ok nothing to write home about but my wife had the rigatoni and sh bit into something chewy that definety did not belong in that dish. After that we asked for the check and left. We most likely won't be going back.
