   Everything from the views to the desserts was perfect. Our server was on point with suggestions and never let our glasses sit empty! A perfect date night experience!

   Our group was received well and the staff worked to accommodate our request to sit outside for the view. It was chilly and the heaters were turned on to make us more comfortable. People talked about how great the cocktails were. We ate brussel sprouts, Korean wings, flatbread, crispy potatoes, cheese board, and tacos. Everything was yummy and hot. Came out together. Great service. There is a 20% automatic gratuity for groups over a certain number and we were happy to do this because everything was great. I would definitely recommend coming for up to small groups because space is tight. I also love the side entrance with a little seating area to wait for your party to arrive, and then ride the elevator to a lovely view of the area. It was a clear night so we could see a great distance away. Our group appreciated our time, food, and service. Hats off to everyone!

   Food was very tasty, however small portions. For example, five swedish meatballs with no starch or sides does not make a meal. Appetizers were served with main course and main courses for party were not served together. Very nice venue and decor. Professional staff.

   Food was good. The fish tacos were way too spicy. The Brussels sprouts were excellent. The flatbread with mushrooms was good but too much pepper on the mushrooms. The Cannoli dessert was just OK. Ice cream was very good.

   the only issue we had was the Asian wings. The sauce was delicious, but the wings were dry and overcooked. We didn't care for the vinegar based cauliflower on the cheese board, but not at all significant. It is just a matter of preference. The catfish tacos were the best and the potatoes were very delicious. We were excited for the sauces and jams, but not as delicious as we had expected. Again, perhaps it is a matter of taste/preference. Overall it was good food and a wonderful atmosphere.

    This was our first visit and made reservations for Valentine’s Day. The Beautiful decor and scenery were second to none. Really comfortable. The staff were courteous and welcoming. The disappointment is with the selection of menu items. Although they did have a special menu for Valentine’s Day, Their selection of the menu were not what we would eat, however they did let us order the Oysters on the half shell, sort of like a Oyster Rockefeller, and Amazing. They gave us 6, at $15.00 an order, we made a meal ordering $90.00 worth and some sides. The spicy potatoes are way too spicy and asked for sour cream to calm it down, but they didn’t have, but comped them. Overall, A great place for appetizers but not dinner.

    Excellent food,service, and atmosphere at this well managed restaurant! Our server was great and responsive to all of our questions. A unique selection of food and all of high quality. This was our second visit and we were most pleased with our experience. Well done!

    Everything was great accept for our seat which I reserved a table by the window and the hostess said they were already reserved and took us to the couch area. Several of the window tables stayed open the entire time we were there- I do not feel the hostess has the best interest of the customers. Other than that the food, drinks and server was wonderful!

    We found the menu to be minimal (at best), the cheese board appetizer rather sparse, and the tuna tartare undersized. We had to return the chicken pot pie due to it being cold; another chicken pot pie appeared in minutes, leading us to believe it was simply pre-packaged. The manager said they would comp the chicken, but did not do so. The price, with tip, was $75, (no alcohol), a bit much for what seemed little more than snack food. HJ

    Our waiter/bartender Dustin was amazing! He was attentive and accommodating. Great sense of humor and fun! Dustin made sure our two Birthday girls were treated well! The Brussel Sprouts and potatoes were amazing! So delicious and enjoyed by all. I will definitely return!

    A new Hotel with a restaurant on the top floor with a great view! Excellent food and drink choices. We liked the fact that some of their foods and drinks are produced locally. We had an excellent server who explained the menu and answered our questions. Our reservation was for 6:00 and we were ushered right in upon our arrival.

    We were very disappointed to learn that happy hour went till 5, not 6 as the website states. We reserved our table according to the inaccurate website information.

    I took my boyfriend here for the first time for his birthday. The place has amazing vibes! It’s a bit louder and the view wasn’t what I was expecting but still super cool. I will definitely go again this summer when we can sit outside! The wine and cocktails were great! I’m not a big drinker and I liked everything we tried. We got the local beef and pimento, and that was super good. Our waitress was really sweet but maybe not the best. We didn’t get waters until we asked after we had almost finished our meal which I found odd. The waitress then didn’t come to give us a check for about half an hour after we finished. It wasn’t that busy so I found that odd, but we just used the time to chat. When they did bring the check there was no pen so I had to ask the bar for one and when she returned my receipt my card was gone, so I had to go back to the bar to get my card. Simple mistakes but for a $70 entree and a few drinks the service didn’t fit.

    The Ridge Room is the greatest new restaurant in Harrisonburg and I have brought 16 people there is the past two weeks to enjoy the ambiance, view, ease of parking, courteous staff and love the outside patio and Mountain View’s!
