   We made a reservation for 2 and when we arrived and asked the person there to be seated, he looked at us like we were aliens. He asked the manager and he rolled his eyes when he told him we had a reservation. After waiting for 5 minutes the waiter came back saying ‘sorry but we are not serving food’. I mean, I understand the reservation was for 10 pm, but why were we allowed to make it if then, you tell us you are not serving food anymore? Not quite sure how they work but clearly not a good impression and surely we won’t be back.

   Terrible service. Host didn’t bother to interact with us and complained that we had to move our booking time (despite doing it hours in advance). Then sat around waiting for ages between each interaction. Clearly heavily understaffed and those who are there have no interest. Appalling

   Terrible service , waited ages for everything , there were 6 in our party and they would serve 1 drink at a time , 1st 2 drinks took 30 mins , the next 3 on the order took 40 mins and the 6th drink was served after 50 mins after several complaints from us . When food finally came it was average although many items were missing or we were given items that we didn’t order . There’s a big language prob with the staff and nobody seemed to know what they were doing . Many tables walked out and one table sat by us had to send their food back twice as it was cold . A big disappointment all round .

   Visited the restaurant on Friday evening before a show at the o2. The table was booked for 5.30pm and despite having our order taken straightaway it took 55 minutes for the tapas to come. The food that was served was cold and 2 dishes we ordered never came out. We weren’t given plates to eat off or forks (only knives). We spoke to one of the servers but he disappeared and never returned leaving us with nothing to eat off and cold food. We ended up speaking to another member of staff and leaving without eating. It was really disappointing. Unfortunately we weren’t the only ones with issues. Other tables were leaving as had been in the restaurant for quite a while without even being served. The staff set up was a shambles and is really letting the place down.

   Dreadful.. terrible.. Took a long while to get drinks - they had no diet coke and the coke they had was flat. We ordered medium rare t-bone steak and two dishes from tapas plus bread. we got one bit of stale white dry cold toast one very well done T-bone steak and only one dish. when we asked for the other dish we got a spoon we didnt get our second glass of wine and they presented us with the full bill including service charge and that i havent even mentioned was terrible. place was full of flies slow service, poor food.. i left hungry after leaving most of the steak and went to get a burger at the o2.. wont eat here again

   The restaurant is nice but has a huge problem with flies. We were bothered by flies throughout the meal. There were flies in the loo too. Staff need a little extra training as they served warm wine rather than get a cold bottle from the fridge. The food tastes ok, definitely not cooked fresh as some of it wasn’t warm, not microwaved enough probably. Would i go back? Definitely not.

   Slow service, waited 20 minutes for drinks, waiter didn’t know the menu nor was easy to comprehend him. Patience ran out before the drinks may have arrived. Left to go elsewhere.

   Unfortunately I can't comment on the food or the value as the service was so appalling. We were in the restaurant for a full 20 minutes and noone even asked us what we wanted to drink so we left without eating or drinking anything. Shame, because the food looked promising!

   Food quality was good, if a little cool. Problem seems to be with a lack of staff making wait time very long for some. We were in quite early so OK.

    Got tapas, some of it was cold and poor quality. The bread was stale, all was a bit tasteless. Restaurant was dead, we were in and out in 40 mins.
