    Another fabulous evening of great food and wine….. and fab company of course. Our wait team - led by Marco were attentive and generous with their time without being intrusive. We will be back for Morton Bay Bao buns again!

    Greeted by very friendly host, seated with amazing views over the beach/ocean, very efficient, friendly wait staff. Waiter very knowledgeably explained the menu & how it worked, making helpful suggestions. Never had to ask for anything. Water appeared when needed. The food was absolutely delicious. Coffin Bay oysters (to die for🤣) dumplings stuffed with prawn, the iconic Moreton Bay bug rolls did not disappoint, the duck curry sooo delicious & nicely spicy, the roti the best we’ve ever had & the golden gaytime dessert the perfect finish. Great wine list. Needless to say no other food required for the rest of the day!! We will return!

    To have an experience, great service and food, with a view this is the place for you. They are awesome and want you to have a great time. You do pay - but if you can, it is worth it.

    Great spot and food was mostly great but the service let it down. Felt like we were ignored by the staff who were congregated round a service station and not seeing customers trying to get their attention. We also felt our waiter was not interested in a mother and daughter out for lunch, yet the 3 couples sat around us were getting far better service. Maybe he wrote us off as poor tippers and not worth the effort.

    Had husbands birthday lunch here. Food was just okay, some things didn’t like at all and some did, sashimi was nice. We didnt have a water view at all from our table but I understand sometimes you win sometimes you lose. Wouldn’t go back at this price point. Prawns in the banquet were literally non existent, each leaf had a slaw and a round piece of prawn the size of a 5 cent coin and about half a cm thick. Don’t ask waitstaff to guide you on amount of food to order as they will completely mislead you into ordering way too much which felt a little like product pushing to get your bill up rather than focusing on giving us a good experience. She was very lovely though as were all waitstaff.

    We’ve been a couple of times now, the first time was amazing this time around our expectations were high and weren’t quite met. The food was still great. The drinks were small pours, for example the margaritas were about half a glass full. We had an hour wait between our starters and mains. The table we were given was spectacular next to the window and we loved the ambiance, overall still an enjoyable night out
