   Exceptional experience! The servers were attentive, the ambiance was spectacular, and the food was divine! The filet mignon was prepared to perfection and was the most tender and flavorful steak I’ve ever had. Can’t wait to go back!!!

   Great atmosphere and food. We stayed for 3 hours talking. But the noise level at 8:30 was so high we had to repeat everything with the couple we were with. Maybe we’re too old, but everything else was superb

   Myself and my husband celebrated our 12th anniversary here the other night. I had the chicken he had the tuna. The waygu appetizer was delicious. Thank you for the experience.

   My wife and I celebrated a wedding anniversary with dinner at the West End Grille, our favorite in Greenville. The service, as always, was terrific and our server, Tom, was outstanding. The Chef was good enough to accommodate a special order request for me, which was much appreciated. We received a card, signed by the staff, wishing us a Happy Anniversary and the hostess recognized my wife, when we entered with an anniversary wish. Every staff member wished us a happy anniversary, as they passed our table. A highlight of our evening was when Sebastian, the manager visited our table with best wishes. All in all, another great dining experience as Rick Erwin's West End Grille!

    We dined just before the John Mellencamp concert at The Peace Center. Our server was Michael N who was efficient, timely, interesting and provided good advice on a dry wine selection. We both had the 4 oz. filet mignon - excellent. The salads and the desserts were very delicious. We had the creme brulee and key lime pie. We dined at other Rick Erwin locations, but it was our first time here. We look forward to the opening of Rick Erwin's Greer. Thank you for another enjoyable dining experience!

    What a great dinner! Our server, Justin, was so helpful, friendly and very attentive. We absolutely loved the seafood appetizers, bbq shrimp, oysters and She Crab soup. All of it was outstanding. Very nice KC strip. And it is always great when Rick Erwin stops by your table to thank you for coming in. Highly recommend.

    We have tried many upscale restaurants in Greenville and none can compare to the overall rating and quality of service and food at Rick Erwin’s. I wish they had a kids menu for littles if we ever want to bring our children but typically we go for special occasions so no big deal there.

    Enjoyable Mother’s day meal with the family. All the kids wanted the chicken and waffles off the special brunch menu, but they ran out by the time we were seated at 1pm. Our meals were excellent, and the flower for mom added a nice touch.

    They seated us immediately. The staff was excellent. The food was perfect and i even got free birthday key lime pie slice!! Rick Erwin’s West End Grille is our “go to” place for any special occasion. For the highest quality food at a very reasonable price I highly recommend that you go see Rick Erwin!!     We opted for the 3 corse dinner with a soup/ salad, entree, and dessert Everything was delicious and the steaks were perfect The wait staff was friendly and attentive and made us feel as if we had a private evening and were the only guests in the restaurant We celebrated our anniversary and the staff made us feel welcome

    We had a wonderful time. We sat in the bar, cozy with great artwork and cool ambience. The bartender Grace made us fabulous drinks. We had Oysters Rockefeller for an appetizer and then steak and lobster with mouth watering sides of au gratin potatoes and broccolini. They have a nice choice of great chardonnays by the bottle. Upscale but not stuffy. Highly recommend.

    Kevin as our server and was wonderful ! He was very attentive and knew we were on our way to a show . He made sure our food was out in a timely manner so we could get out the door and not be late . We would have loved to had stayed longer but he was very understanding in making sure we were not late ! Food was excellent as always !

    Our dinner was incredible! I would rate this as one of the best dinners I’ve had out ever! My husband and I were celebrating our 27th anniversary and my birthday. I received a birthday card signed by the staff and complimentary glasses of champagne for our anniversary. Our server was Clare and she was knowledgeable, attentive and adorable! I had the carpaccio. It was to die for!!! My husband had the wedge salad which was delicious. He had the 7oz. filet and I had the veal Milanese. Everything was cooked perfectly! We had grilled asparagus and the four cheese macaroni as our sides.-both spectacular! We came for the weekend from Charlotte and will absolutely be dining here whenever we come to town in the future.

    We had a reservation and were seated soon after arriving. Our waiter Kyle was excellent. The food was presented beautifully and delicious. We chose the 3 course dinner and did not have to wait long for our food between courses. Our dessert seemed to be held up but the key lime we ordered was about the best we have had. I would recommend Rick Erwin’s.

    Fabulous food and service. Rick Erwin’s is always my favorite pick. We had the best service from Collin. Sangria, smoked bourbon, carpaccio, steak, fish special, Brussels and lobster Mac and cheese were Devine. We will be back soon.
