   Service was outstanding! Timely but not overbearing, they gave great insights into the menu and catered well to dietary needs. The food was very good and fresh with lots of variety in options (veg, non veg), great assortment of wines, and lovely cocktails. Really enjoyed the intimate setting, even when I was dining alone.

   Nice restaurant, food was overpriced and a bit on the salty side. Service was good, sunflower butter was delicious.

   We wanted to love this place; however, it really missed the mark. Service was satisfactory. Ambience was appealing. Food was very disappointing. The Arctic Char came out within 5 minutes of ordering (prior to the soup…?) and was cold. Even the server was surprised we received it so quickly. Our pairing wine had not even arrived yet. Will not go back and will not recommend to anyone. ADDITION - Following my review the Director of Operations and a partner of Richmond Station reached out with an apologetic detailed email. It was/is clear they are striving to ensure excellence is delivered. For this reason we will try the restaurant again in the future, as others have found it outstanding.

   Delicious food all around. Love the scallop sashimi appetizer, sourdough and sunflower hummus, duck and burger. Complimentary salted fudge was also a nice touch. Love the gratuity-free concept- just like Europe! More restaurants need to do this. One thing that could be added are more inexpensive wine options. Consider a house red and wine for people who just want wine with dinner. Wine prices are a bit pricey.

   My only complaint was that it took a very long time for the main course to come out. The soup and drinks came out quickly, but then nothing for about 40 minutes. I can only think that somehow our order got misplaced. Hopefully it was a one off. I also like he fact that the tip was included. There wasn’t even a spot to put a tip on the machine. Still a very good place.

   One of my favorite restaurants in Toronto. On the many times I have visited, the experience was amazing. Today while the food took a bit longer than usual to arrive, the server immediately took action and offered compensation, without the need on my side to even mention that something was wrong. exceptional service and attention!

   Very attentive service. Our waitress helped us figure out which options would work best during and even offered us the best options for sharing. Food was outstanding. Highly recommended the burger (of course) and the sweet potato soup.

   We enjoyed an absolutely delicious dinner with excellent service last night! Emily was our server. She was delightful! Emily was knowledgable about the menu, welcoming, and smiled the entire time she was with us. We were a large group and she did an amazing job! The food is excellent. Portions are perfect and everything was plated beautifully. Will definitely return on our next trip to Toronto. Highly recommend!

    Food was incredible! I've decided that I need to learn how to make polenta fries now, and we LOVED the duck! It was only lunch, but still one of the best meals my husband and I have experienced. Service was outstanding. So quick, attentive, and helpful. Loved having the service charge included. It made the whole experience better. My only complaint is really minor: the view from the "chef's counter" is partially blocked. So, we couldn't really watch all the magic happen, like you can at other places. But, like I said, minor. We'll go back for the food and service because they're fantastic. Thank you, Richmond station!
