Ri Ra Irish Pub - Las Vegas
They were having trouble with the fryer per management. They offered us free desserts since the food took an hour to arrive. When it did arrive the fish was soggy and undercooked and served on top of cold fries. The server was great and the soda bread and potato pancakes were delightful. Hopefully it was just an off day but it put a damper on our pre concert, anniversary dinner.
The food and the wait staff was excellent. We had breakfast there one morning and then dinner there two nights later and the food was exceptional. It's a quaint bar and restaurant away from all the hubbub of Vegas with a nice Irish vibe.
Just great food
We always stay at Mandalay Bay because it is close to RiRa
Enjoyed an afternoon tea service with a good friend!
We came for afternoon tea. Very nice, but the sports bar atmosphere kind of clashes with the chill vibe of tea. Maybe consider a more private or closed off room?
The tea selection and food was great and the value was right on.
This was our fist time at Ri Ra and we were very pleasantly surprised. The food was absolutely delicious and the appetizers were outstanding. A lot of choices on the menu and very reasonably priced.
The service was excellent and very friendly and we will definitely be back.
The kids and I took Mom out for afternoon tea and were very pleased with the experience! Friendly waitress took the time to greet us and explain the whole afternoon tea process. Another server brought out the sandwiches and cakes and detailed each with enthusiasm. The entire experience was pleasant and the wife and I will return to the pub to take advantage of their locals discounts on Friday nights! Glad I found this place!
Best Irish Pub this side of the Atlantic. Lived in England back in the '80s and for years searched for a "true Pub" and found it in Las Vegas. The Fish and Chips are spot on delicious, no need for tarter sauce just the malt vinegar. If you order the curry order it half and half, half chips half rice, trust me you won't be disappointed! The Salmon is absolutely delicious! For starters the Deviled Scotch Eggs are heaven on a plate! Don't pass up the Bread Pudding, yes it takes 20-25 minutes to prepare but it's well worth the wait!
Friendly waitstaff, really good food but didn’t love the decor - we were in the back room away from the band.
Early in the night (7pm) so it was fairly quiet. Sat in the back... basketball was on TV... guys at bar were about as noisy as it got. Food was great... quick to receive. Service was awesome. Drinks were great. No complaints!
It was a decent meal. Great selection of beer. I had the fish and chips. Very good. We ordered wings as an appetizer and they were good also. The other 5 people said their food was decent too.
What a great find. Food was excellent and the waitress was wonderful. Restaurant is decorated nicely. Just an all around great place
The bartender Jonathan was friendly and had lots of good stories about Ireland. Made some jokes back and forth with him. The fish and chips are amazing. Absolutely a must when in LV.
Food was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! Best meal we had our entire trip. Prices were very reasonable. We will be going back every future Vegas vacation. It is a pub and it was during the NFL draft so the energy level & conversations were intense. HIGHLY recommend!!!
A really fun night out, the Irish band was fun and really talented! The food was great and the service was amazing. Highly recommend a reservation as they can be quite busy when the band is playing.
Enjoyed a great meal with family. We surprised my sister and her family and the staff were very accommodating finding a table to fit us all!!
Great food. Very large portions.
The service was excellent and the Salmon Oscar was superb. Ri Ra has a very authentic Irish feel to it and the band, The Black Donnelly’s, made it much more so.
My husband and I went on Friday night as loved it! Fish and chips were amazing. The atmosphere casual and welcoming. They had live music. Went back with friends on Monday and had a different experience. One couple ordered a side carded that came out as a larger portion than another persons main course Caesar. My French fries were only partially cooked, which was s a bummer, cuz I really liked them on Friday. The Mac and cheese was AMAZING. So, a lot of I consistencies. We will give them another shot the next time we go to Vegas.
The food is pretty good. Beverage selection very good. Service was okay. The bread was forgotten. And the pecans and dressing were forgotten on on of the entree salads. We will give the restaurant one more try before we say never again.
Host seemed annoyed we hadn't specified teatime on our reservation. The option hadn't been available online at the time. Waited an extra 15 mins for them to set a table with mismatched tea sets and tableware. Food and tea were tasty but nothing special, rather pricey for what you get. We had cocktails while waiting for the tea to come out - irish coffee was great, sapphire martini was not. Waitress was very nice. Decor was cool. Looks like it would be great to have a late dinner and drinks while listening to live music, but do not recommend their afternoon tea at all.
Nice Irish pub place. Good food.
Some of the best food outside of Ireland. The waitress was good and knowledgeable.
Las Vegas is full of Irish pubs but if you go to only one, make it THIS one. The food here is delicious and the service is outstanding. My husband loves the Irish Curry Chicken. I love the Fish and Chips and the Potato Leek Soup. Both of us love that we can get Smithwick's on draft. Where we live, it's usually only available in a bottle. They also make an excellent burger. We recently ate here and I had ordered my burger well done. I know: that's a sin in some places; but I love my burger cooked all the way through -- not my steaks. When the burger came, it was almost rare inside and I barely had the words out of my mouth when our server, Sean, apologized profusely and promised to have them cook it the way it should have been. Next thing I knew, the manager came and apologized as well, and even offered to take it off of our bill! That was totally unnecessary and I told him so. Mistakes happen with the way folks like their meat cooked all the time. I wasn't upset. I just wanted it cooked all the way. They totally prepared me a new burger and it was cooked to perfection. Talk about making thing right! They've got it down for sure! The manager and my server both came to make sure it was the way I liked it. You just don't get that kind of customer service in most restaurants these days! I only wish we could come more often. We'd be regulars if we were locals. As it is, we'll just have to wait until we return to Vegas again but I highly recommend this pub to anyone looking for great food, great service, a fun atmosphere and really good Irish bands. The Black Donnellys were there the last time we came and they were fantastic. Go and enjoy! You'll be so glad you did!
Amazing fish and chips! best in town
Food was amazing! Shepherd’s Pie and Guinness Beef Stew were delicious. Be sure to try the sweep potato crisps.... just incredible!
Great Beer Selection. Varied menu, but heavy fare. Server was not familiar with beer offerings, so probably new. Very convenient to Luxor hotel.
Way over priced.
Best breakfast I had all week.
This is one of the more reasonably priced restaurants in Mandalay. The atmosphere is still upbeat without being overwhelming. I had a Guiness and the fish and chips - which was awesome. Even my buddy from England thought the fish and chips were legit.
Ate dinner at the Ri Ra whilst in Las Vegas on business.
The atmosphere was great and the staff were really friendly. A great selection of drinks and most importantly a brilliant steak!
Anniversary and late St. Patrick’s Day
The fish and chips were amazing!
Great Irish pub, very lively. Good band gets the crowd going. Food was average and Vegas overpriced but would go back in heartbeat just not for food
I eat at the restaurant every time I visit Las Vegas
Great service , coffee was mediocre but the food was good- authentic Irish cuisine
Server was great! We stopped in for an early dinner before a show. Service was fasted than we expected!
Good food. A little over priced. Service was average
