I mistakenly went one day earlier, Arianna answered and kindly accommodated us immediately. Anna our server was friendly and fantastic. Everyone helped and took real good care of us. My brother is visiting from Honduras and enjoy every minute. Thank you for all that you did to make this an enjoyable experience!

Visited RH Rooftop recently and while the ambiance is undeniably beautiful, a few things stood out in ways I didn’t expect. For a high-end, modern restaurant, it was surprising to see almost no vegetarian options on the menu. With so many upscale places today embracing plant-based and vegetarian dishes, the limited selection here felt like a missed opportunity. Another unexpected issue was the noise level. For a restaurant at this price point, I expected a more relaxed, conversation-friendly atmosphere, but it was quite loud throughout our visit — which took away from the overall dining experience. The setting is elegant and the service was good, but for the cost, I hoped for a more thoughtfully inclusive menu and a calmer environment.

Celebrated my birthday here and David, Jolene, Melissa and the entire staff made the experience amazing. You will not find better a menu and food anywhere. The service is top notch and the decor is dreamy & inspirational. A wonderful and special lunch!

We found the food, drinks, and deserts to be better than our expectations! We will certainly return soon! VERY BEAUTIFUL PLACE TO EAT!!

Beautiful setting for a lunch with my husband. Despite the amount of glass, and the extreme heat outside, it was a very comfortable temperature inside. We don’t live here, but if we did we’d be back…often! Server was great too.

I celebrated my birthday at RH Rooftop with my 9-year-old son, and it was absolutely perfect. The ambiance was stunning, the service was gracious, and every detail felt special. I ordered the lobster rolls with caviar and fries, a Bellini mocktail for him, and I had the grilled shrimp salad with a rosé spritz. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We ended with warm chocolate chip cookies… meant for me, but fully enjoyed by my son! Thank you, RH, for creating such a chic and memorable experience. We’ll be back!

I made a reservation for myself, my best friend and our daughters. We have dined at the one in Charlotte, and thought we could have a great time celebrating our birthdays here. The place looks phenomenal, but thought dress code was more business casual and I feel the way that most dressed was under for the appeal of the restaurant. Coming from NYC, I feel most dressed way to casual for a place that is considered fine dining. I feel the hosts where ok in the way they presented themselves but did not feel the warming that other steakhouses typically offer. The waiter was pleasant, but we felt he was probably having an off day. He had accidentally spilled water all over me and I was lucky that the water slid off my napkin on my lap, but it did soak the end of my dress and my legs. He did clean up most of the water on the table, but as I mention we felt he was possibly not having his best day. I was offered wine to compensate for the accident. The food: my friend and her daughter order the salmon which she stated did not have any flavor to it, my daughter had the RH Burger and said it was good, and my filet was ok. We had the burrata and the two board as starters and we were pleased with those selections. As we were finishing, someone had taken my friend’s wine before she was done with it. And dessert was good, we all shared a couple of créeme brûlée. While no one was rude, our experience did not enlighten us wanting to come back. Overall, maybe another try and maybe this next experience would be better, but for now, I don’t think I’ll be back for a while.
